I use this cabinet for a few months
this cabinet before I play on several marshall and speaker brand fame in 4x12 v30
the sound is a bit difficult to describe, it is not bad but lacks a serious kick ass personality level especially at first, it must be run in the history of play if it is a single head has lamp we get the impression of playing a combo .. otherwise it proves to be sufficient baffle. it is not excellently good but cheap and very useful.
value for money is not too bad when you see the price on this device that ca'll allow us to play but not frauler the thrill and this is the case.
with the experience I would reiterate perhaps but I think I'd be a little more patience and I would take occas it easy in this negotiating 50euros but the urgency and haste I slammed over 75euros more ... at least I ais new and guaranteed ..

I use it since yesterday ... and since it is the day I received it (by the way congratulation to Thomann, the shipment was very fast).
What is good and catchy with this cabinet is the price, € 133, 143 with shipping, it can not be too much to ask for that price ... yet.
To describe it, it has a good finish and look pretty happening everywhere.

Another strength is that it is closed and it is quite a safe (more than 1936) is therefore low nickel.
The ébenesterie is against the plywood, chipboard, therefore better than other brands of low-end (Marshall are also in the CP ...) only defect, the plate or are Hps is not massive ( ok I abuse).
HPH is the same as the Behringer, and Jensen. In fact they are not bad: good definition, high-volume well it works (well in my T-2, I do not push my head above three in ten ...). I thought the change in party but those suit me well.
Otherwise they turn into 8 ohms in mono and stereo, and then 16 ...

CONCLUSION
I put him nine, but beware, I'm not saying it's the stuff of dreams ... but for 133 euros, this speaker is better than a certain 400 (Marshall 1936 ... no I would not say this ...) and for me it is better than the high volume behr who reveal their weakness ... He takes the blow without a problem.
He seems very solid.

If you find a good speaker at a low price, I do not think I am right in saying that it is a world champion in its category WILL NEVER HAVE BETTER FOR THIS PRICE!

I use it for a month, the value for money is very good.

The original sound is average with lots of bass and treble quite unpleasant. HP is changing almost mandatory to have a good sound, I mounted Eminence The Wizard instead and then we enter another world: a hot, a very good definition ...

The bad surprise was a connection error, one of two HP was loose (2 son of the -) then we have to check the impedance of the speaker before plugging in the amp. In addition, the wiring has to be redone with the cable of good quality, the original is fine.

In hindsight, this choice I would do without hesitation.

I put 6 / 10 with original HP and 9 / 10 with the new HP.

I tried any other models. I had a Vox AD30VT XL DSIR and I go on a rack with a JMP, and a Rocktron multi-effects, all at home ... The G212 is powered by a Rocktron Velocity 100 (config on my profile). The purpose of silent play on a drive by Rack Midi, and a power Reduces emcombrement contained (apartment).

Report quality price: unbeatable! The finish is absolutely correct, no default is dplorer on my cabinet. I opened it to see what was inside, all seems well.

Rumor has it that HP are the Jensen ... I do not know if it's true, but I know to use that I have, I am delighted ...

With exprience, I know if I would do this choice, I have no other exprience. But in principle, yes. (Unless I had more for the 2000 budget, then I would have done the pter the power amp and two cabinets lamps Marshall 412, DSOL for neighbors) ...

I have 2 years, have plenty of membranes Mount diffrent in just to see, and the basic sound of this box is loaded hot and trs in the low regardless of the install hp. It rsons also not bad, in the good way, despite the original cotton. It must be said that it is well done, with real plywood so lightweight, and more than rsons mdf, etc. agglomr.
I think that kind of hp g75t celestion v30 and are best suited for this box, by their curves (mountain and valley for celestion box) respectively.
Eminence Legend 122 Alnico: bcp too serious, acute too low. PA neutral membranes: dj best sounding guitar right away, good for modlisateurs line6 cube style etc..
Origin: nice, a bit dark but frankly, when even good hp Installed also surprising.
Eminence Kappa 12: trs equilibrated but given the weight box is not suitable, too lightweight and not reinforced. Not enough highs either but they are good Kappa ...
In short, trs good quality-price ratio, but take the v30 to be little that has prssr quelquesoit you like the amp.

200w 2x12 stereo speaker 8 ohms mono / stereo 2x100W under 16 ohms.

This is my first (good) impression on the G212 standard.
The build quality and finish are excellent. This is unexpected for a speaker of this price. The cabinet is in good thick plywood. There is even a central reinforcement inside. Which is pretty rare for a 2x12 ...
The bottom is covered with a sort of "cotton" to soften plastic. The internal wiring is in good section. As for the Tolex, even if it is not very thick, it looks good. But I think that a person making a lot of scene will suffer soon enough.
The fabric of the front is good. The front is attached with Velcro.
Otherwise, the back has found two bases with the jack mono / stereo.

Now the most important sound:
At first I said that HP is not yet Rodes. But already I have a big overview of the capabilities of this speaker. I use a Hiwatt Custom 50.
For the price, it's amazing the sound that you get to draw. The bass is firm and powerful. No parasitic vibrations. The medium is not bad and a step back but a little lack of definition and the treble is quite powerful but a bit hard.
But after running, this should be balanced.
I do not know the origin of HP, but in any case it's tough. When you see the size of the engine, it inspires confidence.

But my goal was to mount Eminence Tonks instead of the original HP. So I ordered together with the HP ...
Change is in p'tit a quarter of an hour.
With Tonks, the G212 going on in another category! The marriage is perfect with the Hiwatt:
The bass is less powerful but more defined. The medium is hot, more accurate and forward. The fever is a very fine and bright as it should.
Compared with Celestion Vintage 30 that I owned before, I much prefer that the couple Tonke Hiwatt Hiwatt / V30.
I prefer even the origins of the G212 HP V30 that with my Hiwatt ...

I also had the opportunity to play on the G212 Vintage (the one originally fitted with the V30).
it also sounds very good (except Hiwat) by sounding differently from Tonks.

Anyway, I highly recommend this speaker for any situation. It was almost as safe as my old Harley Benton G412 Vintage (with V30) while being less bulky. Originally the G212 already sounds great. With other HP is even better!
