The new Focusrite iTrack Pocket audio interface for iPhone allows for recording HD videos anywhere you go.
The Focusrite iTrack Pocket is an iPhone-dedicated interface that has officially been approved by Apple. Its ultra compact format (43 × 124 × 40mm) hosts a dock for your iPhone, two microphones that will replace the built-in Mic of your iDevice, and a 1/4” guitar input with amp simulator for direct recording. The maximum audio resolution of 16-bit / 48kHz and the device is powered by the iPhone. Note that Focusrite provides a Lightning cable for the latest generations of iPhones.

The iTrack Pocket is completed with Impact, a free audio and HD video recording and editing app developed in collaboration with Novation, that also includes master effects for different instruments. All together, Impact and the iTrack Pocket interface are a practical solutions for musicians who want to quickly and easily post their performances to YouTube and Facebook.
