Analogue to overdrive true bypass pedal in a nice metal case.
Settings: gain, volume, blend, bass and acute.
In / out jack 6.35 9 volt adapter plug (for battery hatch on back)
Simple effective and strong.

UTILIZATION

The settings are fairly straightforward, provided we have already had a distortion in the hands is childish. The gain is very gradual and the blend (mix clean / saturated) can tweak the sound. However the race of the volume is very brief, at 6 o'clock we already have a large output level should be measured until smooth, then almost nothing after (see on a passive bass). Low settings are not acute and very convincing, a tone control would have been more helpful.

SOUND QUALITY

The sound is warm and the overdrive rather light settings pushed to an extreme that it is wrong and drool sets (like many effects) this pedal is not made for a very large saturation.
Personally it is my game, providing a color "vintage" and hot like a saturated tube amp (it's still a pedal anyway).
I like my fuzz branch before my preamp for an even more massive, but it alone is fine too. Used on my Fender active, with the precision microphone is ideal for the big rock in the center position (micro precision and jazz) a lot of potatoes and dynamics.
Without pushing the gain slightly to use it as a preamp to color the sound, pushing a bit you get a nice crunch and then a good overdrive without going to extremes.

OVERALL OPINION

Already a few weeks with my band, it goes very well in the mix. Compared to the overdrive channel of my prampli (MXR M80) which is very cold and lack of serious and overdrive channel of my Bass Blogger that it lacks definition I am more than satisfied.
For not too expensive it's a good warm overdrive and typed vintage, so for now I am fully satisfied, but it will not please everyone.
Small flat on the stroke of questionable value and volume settings low / high.
But for the same budget I would do the same choice.
