Combo (made in USA for mine) any transistor, delivering 160 watts into 8 ohms, 200 into 4 ohms by adding a baffle added. Speaker 15-inch tweeter coupled to a detachable. Inputs Hi and Hi / Low, effects loop, tuner output, direct output to be taken over by the table of the PA or studio, ... All inputs and outputs are needed there.

UTILIZATION

Simple, intuitive controls. (See previous review for more details) No need to spend hours to get the sound.
The manual is downloadable from the SWR site if you are buying used. It is clear, but in English.

SOUNDS

The sound you get of course, is that the bass on which we play. This amp is not (or very few) color. Should be avoided if we want to correct the defects of a bad instrument. However, this side is perfect HiFi with low quality: a Musicman Musicman sound of this amp, a Jazz Bass with maple fingerboard will make you believe that you play as Marcus Miller ... for her at least. Everything is possible, from jazz to rock to funk ... Its also very suitable for fretless (Guild B302).

OVERALL OPINION

I use it as extra amp to complement my body 3 Eden. Reweighed for the small and medium-sized scenes, it is perfect both in power and quality sound. And as well, it is light and reliable ... What more?
