SOUNDS
The sound is very clear, low well presented. I am not sure there is a big difference with the "real" New Yorker 151 in sound quality.
I used in combination with a box 2x10 (Ashdown Mag C210 T) and a head 250 Blackline Marbass Mark Little. So I have not tried the tweeter in this config, I do not need.
I have a really very well defined with its own beautiful and full bass, the EQ is almost flat. It makes me a bit bulky and really efficient stack.
OVERALL OPINION
The Markbass quality for almost half price. Not be shy. And I do it again the choice was sound, reasonable weight and price that make you fall backwards. Markbass and is virtually the only brand to make subwoofer reduced size and high quality.
