These are strings that should not be playing with a pick and we must be very very careful in the amount not to rub against the bridge. This removes the protective layer.
And effectively once the black cover and partially removed it tends to go off on a larger area and the sound is modified.
So if you play slappez and fingers and get a sound (and look) Modern ... ca serious matter but be really careful in the monttant.
Crazy for the mediator to go your way. The thing and what have a sound that go well in Hard and therefore we understand the desire to play with a pick .... But we must not.
