This is the technology phase distortion, clean CASIO. Sometimes it looks like the Yamaha FM, but the richness and variation on less: there are only two oscillators so it limits the changes in phases such as FM can produce.
16 votes is better than the CZ1000. Dynamics and aftertouch: the sole of the game do that. Concrtement, it brings a bit of variation on.
No squenceur.
A chorus, but terrible breath and (on my CZ1) is quite dsquilibr therefore quite useless.
Display little (rtro-down lighting), but sufficiently readable.
A glide: a beginners each bend notes. Not common on the synths, but pretty useless because the envelope equivalent
high.
The envelopes are trs flexible: we can choose o to sustain, and 8 segments. CRER attacks can be used (multiple) of its particulires.
UTILIZATION
Trs simple to use, even without a manual. Rare enough to be stressed.
Oddities: a sub menu possibility to cut the chorus, but there is a slider that cuts too.
SOUNDS
Good: Sounds a little weird, far from the Ralite trs. These sounds also trs types, easily recognizable: the "brass" are typical trs.
Whereas this can be a default or ... one if we want quality sound Different.
OVERALL OPINION
My first one CZ1000 synth t, because I could not afford to have more, such as the DX7 an era. So for me the sounds are quite "cheap" is that a little bit poor sounding a little draw, and trs typs ... also a bit ridiculous. I remember trying to play "Jump" with CZ1000, the al al spanked this redneck ... far from the sound of Oberheim ..
C'tait also one of the first multi-timbral synth an amateur price!
