The origins of spare parts (round ear - cable jack) are expensive
I have a friend who replaced the damaged cable quickly (by akg I think)
I have several others that use it regularly with no points.
It depends if you're careful or not.
I have a hd 25 has a good level of isolation when the sound is very sav the parts are more easily (see customizable) lightweight, compact performance.
But I appreciate the pioneer qd same ...
