Radial Engineering Acquires the Komit Compressor

Vancouver BC based Radial Engineering Ltd. has announced the recent acquisition of the Komit Compressor from boutique manufacturer Burgin-McDaniel.
The Komit Compressor is currently going through a redesign so that it will integrate switches, LEDs, and connectors that are currently in use in the Radial production line, according to Radial.
This is designed to make it easier and more cost effective to produce which in turn; will supposedly make it more affordable for the end user.

Atlas Adds BMD Products to Their Mix

Atlas Pro Audio has been appointed sole worldwide distributor for Burgin McDaniel Design, a Texas manufacturer of boutique analog audio gear.
Their debut product, the Komit, a 500–series compressor/limiter, was released earlier this year.
In addition to their custom work for studios, musicians and manufacturers, Burgin McDaniel is answering the call for a new product that will be released early in 2009 and distributed exclusively by Atlas Pro Audio.
