«  The versatility nice price! »

I have the white model Washburn Bass Jazz Bass which is rare because most were OB44 PB.

Low made in China.
Mechanical oil bath.
Channel 24 frets.
Fixed bridge.
2 Jazz Bass pickups.

UTILIZATION

Handle end is rather enjoyable to play.
Reasonable weight and well balanced.
General Manufacturing, which builds trust.
Simple adjustment to achieve the desired sound.

SOUNDS

The sound is very nice, the range of adjustment is large snapping sound in his heavy funky typed.
By side against slap do not expect either to the big potato, it's not low at 1000 euros)
I've changed the pickups with Duncan bought used and I do not really regret. I feel like a vintage bass with its super warm.

OVERALL OPINION

WASHBURN an Oscar to 280 euros with such versatility, I would do the same choice without worry. Especially that we find opportunities in the 180 euros (instead of accuracy as the jazz bass Bass are harder to find because usually the guys are like me and change the pickups)
In summary a good investment and easy to Upgardé.
