    Fl Studio keeps you creative

FL Studio 8 is a powerful midi sequencing software. I have been using it for years and will continue to use it. I have used it on windows platforms, mainly xp and now vista. I purchased this from the website and got a few plug ins with it in a bundle. It works great with windows, I am not too sure about using it on mac because I have never tried to run it on one. But I have heard other people say that have used in on a mac before.

    SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

I had no issues with it on windows it runs great and wont crash one you. It also comes with asio drivers so you can reduce glitches and latency when running a lot of different plug ins. Even when using rewire and running abelton live through it, I had no issues and Asio really helps a lot, and gives you the options to reduce glitches or reduce latency. So if your computer can handle it you can really have control over your whole performance. I am running it on a dual core which is pretty good in my opinion so I have no issues.

    OVERALL OPINION

The sounds that come with it arent very good for me. I like to kind of create my own sounds based off of presets that come with plug ins. Most of the plug ins I used with FL Studio 8 are Massive and Sytrus just a name a few. Some of the presets are very cpu heavy so you will need to adjust your asio settings to make up for it hogging your cpu.

Overall, you will love the FL Studio line, they continue to come out with newer versions .. So you can purchase the digital upgrade pack and get each version that comes out for free. They do seem to make some changes with each upgrade that I don’t like that. Because as soon as you get use to something they seem to switch it up and make it different . But I guess its for the better, but I suggest any one wanting to get into music production for any genre of music start out with fl studio. It will lay a good foundation down for you to understand midi production and sequencing.

Image Line’s FL Studio 8 is a great program for music creation, and one of the easiest on the market to complete a whole song in hands down. Image Line Fl Studio 8 is just the regular edition of the program, you can upgrade to the XXL version of FL Studio 8 and receive plug ins like Sytrus or Poizone. The XXL version is the same as the normal version of FL Studio 8 you just get those plug ins.

Image Lines Fl Studio 8 worked great with my windows vista computer, that was a quad core. It even comes with free drivers called ASIO. You wont get any latency with these drivers and you can set the buffer speeds to whatever speed you want. Fl Studio 8 also has something called a step sequencer, a step sequencer you can just click the boxes to create a drum pattern. Its extremely easy that even if you have never made music before, with just the click of the mouse you can create great drum patterns and if you want more in depth drum patters and ones that are a little more active you can simply just record the drum pattern yourself or you can dump to piano roll and just click the notes in that way.

    OVERALL OPINION

Overall Fl Studio 8 was the first time I really dug deep in to Fl Studio and I started to realize just how powerful it really is. Fl Studio is up to version 10 at the current moment but you can buy any version you want, and if you buy online and get the download version and not the box version you will get free lifetime updates and always have the most up to date version of Image Lines FL Studio software. You have got to try Fl Studio 8 and you will be creating great music in no time.

Blah blah, so it turns, it moves and passes to the composition as dry.

    SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

My config changes often. A good dual core and a large handful of ram and it's good. It runs even on an old laptop P4 2.0Ghz with 1Gb of ram.

    OVERALL OPINION

    I'm addicted since version 3.
The up-to-day life is a real plus.
I kept it when I had my period Protools (LE7) and I did the rewire like crazy. Today I turned and kept Fruity Protools. I honed my modest prods SoundForge and hop on.

The basic version is the most interesting. Why? Given its price grass roots you can afford a very good sound card and plug-notch. Fruity base and a plethora of VSTs that light and that's…

The basic version is the most interesting. Why? Given its price grass roots you can afford a very good sound card and plug-notch. Fruity base and a plethora of VSTs that light and that's enough. No need to control surface (even when I keep MS20i that goes with the patch for Legacy Cell), mouse and keyboard is enough. I do not live, I program my home warm and I keep my sound to a small circle of interested friends. Egoïstemmnt.Na.

FL is a poem: Martian interface, random routing, footbath frequency, no matter how it overlaps, but that's what's good. It is such a mess that was quick to get lost if no good reflexes. The small "sampler", a basic player wav, King is the plugin used both to add rhythmic elements that play a sample as an electronic piano out of tune. It's smoky, but not always happy is the power of this plug any con.

The big downside of FL is definitely the worst: it consists not alone and do not use the EQ and compressor for you. If you can not mix a minimum balance and your understanding you bai * e. Normal indeed. Yes, it is quite possible to produce good songs with FL, not snobbery to have it ensures that all the others. This may be the last arranger / sequencer really punk ...

    I love it.
