Thread Focusrite Scarlett 8i6 White noise

Hello, folks. I have a Focusrite Scarlett 8i6 and the problem is as follows:

1) Mic output gives white noise from level 5.
2) Front inputs also give white noise from about level 7.
3) When I plug in a synth module (Korn Monotribe) in front input channel, I don't hear anynthing. I have to make volume at level 10 to get some sound from synth (very low).
4) The synyth is OK - I recorder it to another device and it was all right.

Any suggestions?
