Mesa Boogie or Vox?
Both sound spectacular, are durable and look sexy. But I'm having a hard time choosing one, and it's a big deal to me since I'd have to fork up a lot of dinero...

I love Vox amps, I'd take my pathfinder over my friend's peavey any day of the week...

Can you be more specific? Are there any particular models or style (ie high gain?) that you're trying to focus on?

Regardless, you could find an AC15 for under 500 bucks, but you'd be hard-pressed to find a decent Mesa combo for under 1K.
Comparable sound, not so comparable price, go with Vox
