UTILIZATION

the pedal is very easy to use
a volume control, a gain and a band EQ 3
an input and output jack
and a 9V DC input (slightly misplaced for my taste)

SOUND QUALITY

This is the sound of ditto I was looking for a long time, I've tried several (boss, T rex, Blackstar) but this one is above the rest.
The sound palette is very wide with the 3-band EQ and running the gain knob is wide
sound just compress it takes and keeps a great dynamic.
Personally I put the gain at noon to maintain maximum dynamic and I have a boost pedal (TC Electronic Spark booster) upstream for the lead sound that kills

OVERALL OPINION

this is one of my best purchases I've had less than a month and I already know by heart, it is easy to tame and the sound is terrible
And about the price, just over € 100, it would be wrong to deny it.

A distortion, another distortion you would tell me! But what a distortion! MXR pure, 100% analog. The particularity of this new pedal, except that it is gray glitter (or Metallic paint, it's very tuning ...), is that in serious settings, separate midrange and treble, so a range of sounds absolutely unlimited. Of course, or it finds the gain and volume.

UTILIZATION

5 knobs to fiddle sound in all directions! Awesome is not it? it is clear that with all that, you put a little time to find his sound, but when you hold it, it is the most cowardly. The EQ setting is very effective, as the current volume and gain.

SOUND QUALITY

This medium setting combines all styles of existing saturations: bare metal, classic rock, heavy metal ... In fact, this pedal is very versatile, the level of drive allows every whim. It flirts with some nice overdrive early in the race, the higher you go the more distortion grain is revealed, and when you are fully, it is in the corner of Hi gain.
Personally, I play with the distortion slightly after the half, with Lespaul course it is enough, and when I go solo, I dynamite Superbadass with my GT-OD connected upstream. And there is happiness. The sustain, harmonics, dynamics ...

OVERALL OPINION

It is a whim I bought this little gem early July, saying: "like a new MXR distortion!". And as I used in the best guitar shop in the world: GUITARSHOP in Talence, sellers, who are the best in the galaxy, always confirm me in my shopping with the ability to bring so I'm disappointed.
on the other hand, it is not the pedal of the century, do not push, but it's still a great product that could get you what you need in your sound.
