What is Audiofanzine?

Presently available in several languages including French and English, with over 700,000 registered members, AudioFanzine offers, free of charge, and for over 10 years, content and services in the fields of audio and musical instruments. Addressing a universal audience, both amateurs and professionals alike, Audiofanzine.com caters to musicians as well as sound engineers, home-studio recording enthusiasts, and audio and lighting engineers.

Built around a database containing over 100,000 musical instruments and audio gear, the site has developed on 2 fronts:

AudioFanzine is an online magazine

Via articles or videos, one area of the magazine focuses on delivering daily news updates and real time coverage of the biggest international trade conventions (NAMM, Musikmesse). AudioFanzine also offers benchmark testing/reviews of products, software or instruments and articles of a tutorial nature, all of which are systematically illustrated by exclusive videos or audio extracts.

AudioFanzine is a community

Musicians have the final say and with AudioFanzine, they have many spaces to discuss and speak their mind: in addition to discussion forums dedicated to each instrument, brand or category, musicians can also give their opinion/review on each specific instrument in the database. Members have the possibility of sharing any type of media relating to musical instruments and audio equipment: photographs, videos (hosted, stored and encoded in HD by AudioFanzine), audio files or others (presets, docs, etc). Lastly, the site makes it possible for its members to navigate from the classifieds to sell/buy/exchange audio products, but also to find private lessons, a job or to simply meet other musicians…

Audiofanzine is not an online store or a distributor.
