UTILIZATION

The handle is great for little fingers
It is lightweight and balanced
The sound is typically Martin (good definition and low boom boom), but less cartoonish than the dreadnough
The sound is pleasant

SOUNDS

It is more folk than blues
I prefer to strumming or picking that balance is more delicate

OVERALL OPINION

I've had seven years. This was my fourth flat top acoustic LG2 after 1954, a Harmony of the 20s and an Art and Lutherie. I found it in Austin Texas at a guitar show and she immediately hit me .... in the ear. This is a low-end at Martin, but it sounds like a OM42.
So for me, the value for money is huge. But I tested the same with Paul Beusher in Bordeaux and it sounded like my Art and Lutherie three times cheaper ...

Spruce top and sides mahogany back and laminated mahogany.
The neck is mahogany and the key in Morado, Bolivian Rosewood.
The finish is satin / matte. the box is a little dirty, over time, where we put the elbow and forearm.

UTILIZATION

The neck is super nice, 20 frets and 14 outside the box

OVERALL OPINION

I have over 12 years and I've tried Martin. What I love is the sound soft and warm. It's a mix between a martin and gibson.
maybe this is why they stopped it on the model, not close enough to the spirit martin

The table is made of spruce and mahogany back and sides, this is not the solid mahogany, but it seems the laminate is firmer.
The handle is easy to play as many quality Martin
Martin claimed the special fingerpicking. This is true, the notes stand out very well when playing with fingers, but it's almost better with a pick.

it's a great guitar. the model no longer made. it's amazing because they have sold a lot. Owners must keep it carefully, it is a vintage guitar, at least in some years.
