Aria PE-SPL-SD

First let me explain that I have been playing guitar for 33 yars now and i have been in numerous bands.As a seasoned guitarists I am always on the lookout for new gearwhen i happened into a local music store. I noticed the Pe-Spl immediately as i was looking for a guitar with no trem .the owner then asked if i would like to try it out ? Of course i did and the rest is history ,

What first caught my eye was the flamed maple face. Upon handling the instrument imagine my suprise to find it was also a set neck with a heel less mount . It is a mahogany boby with an excellent finish multibound body , neck and head stock . And the price was unbeleivable for the quality. All in all one great package for the price of $570.00 I own numerous guitars electric and acoustic and for recording this is my choice over all .Fit, Finish And Playability are all excellent! I would highly recomend this guitar to any serious player.

Guitar made in Korea (from which I now know the quality and srieux).
Being a Les Paul guitar shape, it includes all CHARACTERISTICS:

UTILIZATION

I play in a group of cold-wave, but I like a personal venture into the blues, blues-rock, rock, and hard rock too. This guitar suits me perfectly in all styles.

I test:
- A Hughes & Kettner Tour Reverb Head with a baffle AC412 (4x12 so)
- An old Fender reverb lamps (I do not know what it was MODEL)
- A PODxt Live

I had this possd MODEL (PE-SPL) before with the original pickups that sounded Aria dj particulirement well.
MODEL In this, the microphones have been replaced by wilkinson WVCNGD WVCBGD AND GOLD PAF style

As I approached unplug the sounds are trs balance between bass and treble.
The sounds are both close to the trs vritable Les Paul as well as slightly more crystalline in the treble. The Difference significant with the Les Paul is that it has an attack that may be more pronounced and snapping, while the Les Paul are more gentle and crmeuses attack. The bass is less pronounced than on a Gibson Les Paul, this one feels particularly harmonics.
The sustain is beautiful! It competes openly with Gibson on this point the

In the clear:
In the bridge position, attacks are soft and velvety notes are lgrement.
Intermdiaire position was sound enough when the nasal Tone buttons are the same level, and the palette is ultra-wide according to rglages. Nevertheless, we remain close to the spirit trs Les paul
In the neck position, to navigate between blues and jazz, it's round, smooth fat.
Sound is such a beauty that we tend to cut any effect that might hide the nature of the guitar, and leaving only lgre reverb.

In the crunch:
Whatever the position, we keep the same low prs CHARACTERISTICS its clear that the attacks are more frank than Les Paul, and navigates aisment blues to rock.

In the saturated:
Surprisingly, I did not expect that this guitar can send this way.
It is clear and sharp and I find myself playing riffs mtal pests with ease dconcertante. It is much more aggressive than Gibon Firebird Studio for example.
In the treble is a rgal, the solos are a DLIC play because all changes in your game are transmitted. Any vibrato, bend, gliss is understood without excs, with incredible accuracy.

To take the test for parent with Gibson Les Paul, I plug the Aria in the pod, and
I load the config 'of Mr. Slash on Sweet Child O' Mine. Verdict ... It sounds quasimment the same but with less velvety Gibson (Yeah, there are more indniable with Gibson).

I have absolutely no blame ct sound. PERFECT!

It's not a Les Paul, it has its own sound color but it comes close in the characters.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for about five months now.
The peculiarities j'apprcie most: The look, comfort, sound! (I do not know what a guitar guitarist said live was to fill the three conditions in order "looks good, feels good, sounds good", it al these conditions runies)

The particular feature I like least: A holding agreement is not always the top in a game pushed to bend the G string. I'll have to look at this more prs.

If I tried other guitars before? I'm not Premire my guitar and there are many pass in my hands, MODELS MODELS at the low end of luxury.

The report qualitprix? Excellent!

If I would do with the exprience choice. Well, I redid the choice, since I had sold for a reason and I did financire of scrambling to find a situation when my suits!

EDIT: A few years later, I finally had the possibility to pass a Gibson Firebird Studio, Aria and a little duplication. So I shall decide to sell it and replace it with a guitar much more sharp and aggressive.
