Monoplugs released the standalone versions of its bass/chord sequencer for Mac, Windows and Linux.

Version 1.2 of B-Step adds standalone versions for the three platforms. You can sync the software with your DAW or hardware MIDI clock. 

The update also adds the main new features:

  • Added a Clock Thru option in the standalone version
  • Import/Export projects, chord presets and MIDI maps
  • Added project and chord presets
  • Ability to mute bars in the sequencer
  • Added a Panic button to the sequencer
  • Improved GUI
  • Default MIDI channel is now 1
  • Various fixes and improvements

The v1.2 update is free for users of B-Step v1 who can download it from b-step.monoplugs.com.  

Monoplugs announces that VST3 and AU plug-ins for Mac and PC should also be soon available.
