This little bomb is Asian ... Japanese theory.
This is a model incorporating the features of BC Rich early days ...
Its design is therefore consistent with the spirit ...

It is all there is more classic:

An easel type Gibson tune O matic - stop bar, 3 position selector, 2 volume knobs, and a general tone (it would have preferred two tones ...)
Channel Gibsonnien quite in the spirit, maple, very big! In any case, much more than a 60 'Gibson Flying V! But all in all very pleasant ... the most being that it is a neck through, 24 frets ... no heel stick!
An ebony fingerboard beautiful, embellished by the installation of specific landmarks (the clouds) perloid white ... very pleasant to watch. The hoop is jumbo.
The head is beautiful, surrounded by a very nice cream binding, rosewood and finish ... the mechanics are very traditional die cast oil bath.
The table is sublime! really special ... color cream is particularly well highlighted the beautifully flamed maple.
The rest of the body is mahogany ...
The electronics consists of two BC Rich humbuckers passive pickups.
We could in theory, a guitar close enough to the spirit of Les Paul Standard ...

UTILIZATION

The handle is very large ... I usually played on a Les Paul Standard and a Gretsch hollow body, and I must say it surprised me ... m'anche it is very rustic, at least less comfortable than my les paul 50 '... but it is subjective!
The key however, is a marvel ... Ebony, so very smooth, silky ... inlays are of exceptional beauty in the shape of clouds ... BEAUTIFUL!
The Jumbo hoop is very nice and neat enough for the price ...

Ergonomics genarale provides access to 24 case very clear. For those who like to exploit the extreme high register. The inferior pan provides a broad access, and lack of heel is also for you!
But the ergonomics has its limits: the body is fairly light, and the straps dispostion ties, the guitar is very unbalanced! The head pic systematically, making it unpleasant in the books the flights acute ...
Being a tres gunnesque inonditionnel of Slash, I wear my guitar quite low, and the feelings of game chorus are quite unpleasant, in this case ... I'm still not used to me!
The weight is all in all, much less than a les paul standard.

Design "classic" means a guitar in the spirit plug and play ... the sound is right there! the guitar is very present and typed, regardless of the amp used!

I put 7 for playing comfort questionable, if you play standing up ...

SOUNDS

As said above, I am a huge fan of slash! I play mainly hard rock and burn bright!

Having tried this guitar mesa, marshall, orange, line 6 ... I really luff by its tonal possibilities!

The tones are very flattering, and even surprising: if you are allergic to cold sounds of BC Rich platinum, bronze, etc ... food your prejudices!
These pickups sound wonderful! They are particularly suitable for hard rock:
Very high output, low and high predominance of mediums. You will need to force on a treble for his incisive.
It is natural for a fairly aggressive things, I think, with lots of gain. For more than the hard metal, the sounds are very hot, greasy and not very precise ... the fan sounds precise, surgical, opt for a set of EMG active (which will be a good investment for the very respectable violin)
This guitar, for a certain "public" is no less poyvalente, and one can easily get by playing on the drive, the volume and tone, clear sounds, round, warm and clear ...

I use this guitar almost exclusively in saturated ... the sounds are consistent, very hot, bold and very active ... The violin has a crazy and sustain a safe impressive is the guitar for leads slashesques cut;)

10! for these sounds flattering, and very surprising to say the least ...

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for several months now ...

I was dazzled by the tonal possibilities of the beast ... really ...
She has a face and it's definitely insane (after the fernandes Ravelli and the dean cadillac) one of the most beautiful guitars I think ...
The violin, the price is very high quality!
I regret this problem of ergonomics, which can make the guitar rather unpleasant, sometimes ... the handle is heavier than the rest! and then the lack of heel that delights some, may, however, daunting for others (I'm pretty big fan of heels gibsonnien!)

I own a Gibson Les Paul Standard, Flying V and a Gretsch Electromatic Hollow Body ... but BC Rich holds a special place in my heart ...

The price / quality ratio is just exceptional ... at that price, only the dean cadillac can, in my opinion, match!
The price is about 580 euros, in-store ... but I was lucky to find it used in a complete nine ... at a bargain price!
I would probably lock this choice ... or maybe I'd be tempted by the dean cadillac ... The BC Rich is really a bomb!
