UTILIZATION

The handle is butter, a real joy, access to correct very acute, comparable PRS. I play .011 - .052 and even with very low action the strings do not curl, ie a work of remarkable violin. These are all handmade gitarres.
Therefore offers improved ergonomics rather ... after that remains a gitarre in mahogany so a bit heavy.
The sound is good, even in his mid SC position is quite good with Schaller (PU very underrated on the market but absolutely very good) golden 50's. Maybe a little less dark than Les Paul Custom, but absolutely comparable vav a PRS.
Humbucker side is the total tear in the bridge position and darker sounds up the 3-position switch to the handle.

OVERALL OPINION

Use for 2 years now. Before, since 30 years anyway, I played on Strato Strato Deluxe DF HB, a copy Epiphone ES345, ES175, Danelectro, G & L Asat custom, Peerless New Yorker. I had bought this grate on Ebay by a shot passing GAS there is a little over 2 years, saying it would be a good stepping stone before progressing to a Gibson Les Paul or PRS. However, I left my other 3 gitarres side and since Gibson or PRS I do not even think about it anymore because I do not think it get better from the price of the brand.
I like most the playability of the neck is thin, the sustain it provides.
Robustness unprecedented one day she slips off the cover and had a fall on asphalt 1mH, except for a beautiful star on the painting (sniff), she did not move a hair. Then one day my boy had misplaced in the trunk with drop at the opening of the door ... Value for money without equal, if gitarre should disappear I repeat a new tomorrow. I give 9/10 because I did not possess the equivalent PRS to fully justify these notes, I have just touched on a few occasions and heard much; gold for me there is no difference apart from the peculiarities of a manufacturer to another but for me does not justify a change. Personally, note this is a gitarre 14/10, it still exceeded my expectations every day.

Made in Poland by Mayones, branded and sold by Fame Music Store (Germany). The guitar is handmade, and "does not pass through any machine during the time of manufacture"

Tuno o matic bridge with micro piezo

Handle end (thick), slightly more than 60 home gibson, but not too narrow (a bit wider than a tract). most acute in mid is not too near the edge as the fender (which I dérangeati to take on certain positions), 24 frets.

Full body and set neck. it's heavy, it smells good wood and sustain the moment it is taken in hand.

Pickups seymour duncan sh2 and sh4 (but double and split-) + micro piezo which I do not know the brand.

A push-pull volume knob (used to activate the piezo), a splitter switch for the microphones, a microphone and a selector knob to mix between piezo and SD. In the body (under the cover) you can adjust the piezo (volume / tone).

Very important point that surprised me, the guitar arrived perfectly set (handle, tone, action). was that price this is the first time I see it (at gibson and fender at the same price, I had the opportunity to adjust before playing ...).

The table is beautiful (red transparent flamed for my case), the varnish is thick) can be seen in the curves of the body the hand of man has been through it.

UTILIZATION

This is the first time I played on a round of this configuration and I must admit I was puzzled when people spoke of highway on their sleeves (a term I had seen the concenant Forum IV). and still amazed. Ergonomics: équlibrée guitar, heavy anyway (I have not yet done so to set up 3 hours to do with it ...). the shape follows the body, we find the position of right hand of a LP.
The handle is accessible and easy to frete frete 1 to 24, over a true success.

The SD of the duplicate is very good at the base of the handle on the sh2, sometimes missing a bit of roundness, but the problem is more the tone knob is missing. In split, there is a more slamming but it is not on the fender. I would say we are over the P90, but it's interesting nonetheless.

The Micro Piezo, I reserve my judgment. clearly there will be no sound of a dryer, but found the acoustic anyway. For now I e used in mix with SD thanks to the knob on the right. I think I will open to adjust behind most acute and where it will be perfect.

SOUNDS

I / we play the rock of gold 70-90, kravitz, guns, etc. u2. So I need versatility, I'm not disappointed.

I play on the fender but the models vary according to the studio, to avoid the problem of change amp, I have a Boss ME70. The guitar is at home anywhere.

On the solos, which sustain. I was hesitant to upgrade to a lp with these pickups, I'll save my money. The sound never stops and access to acute and problem solved.

OVERALL OPINION

I play for twenty years as an amateur one and in groups. I've had guitars "common" (two epiphone les paul upgradées, an ibanez ex series, a half body Ibanez Artcore, two strats, a gibson bfg, an ovation dry).

I hesitated on this guitar because I could not try it before. I have taken the plunge by trusting the proposed setup and notice that said that the guitar well finished. The point I was afraid the handle. And also the fact that it might be very difficult to resell if it does not suit me (mark "exotic")

I do not regret my choice, and I remain as always amazed by the quality at this price.

The guitar is Polish manufacturing, it is assembled and finished in the workshops of the firm Mayones. Rpute mtal for its shovels, and not to be a company of penguins, a most reassuring dj hsitants seeing this product in a copy of the Behringer nime. We are far, there's no shit.

All hardware comes home Schaller, finishing Premire view does not suffer any reproach, I place it over a Gibson Les Paul Standard Faded (tell me it's not hard ...). Whether the Saddle of the table or mahogany body, both are handsome, and suggest a srieuse select woods. The collages are clean, the binding properly affixed.

You'll laugh, but I do not regard the electronic from the indoor. So no ide. ^ ^

(9) I'm not a fan of Hardware Schaller, and I remember that the price is around 750 euros. For that price the first of these specs are excellent dj.

UTILIZATION

To my surprise, this guitar is an excellent show jouabilit. I lose my bearings a little as I expected a feeling "low cost" kind "good Korean guitar qualitquot;. But it is clear that the finish of the neck and action are a pan on top. We feel here the exprience of REAL Mayones luthiers.

The ability to switch and split the piezo and allow a lot of combination. I regret that a tone and a volume. It's a bit minimalist in some situations. It would have been good here not to copy prs. The potentiomtres on my guitar are more dpourvus of numrotation, ncessitant adquate an "instinct" in certain situations. It's not always cool.

Do I have to say that one can easily accder to acute? I believe the same family of this guitar called the reasoning itself.

THE FIRST fame I tried silent WITH potentiomtres who scratched during activation. I demand that this be dtail trs strictly observed for model that would m'tre book (explaining that a more kritkrit 5000w has a pa not pass inaperu).

SOUNDS

The golden offer 50 hot fat and behavior. Especially the top of the handle contribute to sustain a beautiful ct "Santana's" trs labeled. Bingo, super instrument, instrument construction (luthier work) is exceptional, extra versatile, disconcerting playability, exemplary finish, the woods are lovely, it sounds very well for a woman (well. .. I mean it sounds good for a Fame). I love the piezo almost more than the PU's. The PU's can be a little lacking in personality, yet they are schaller golden 50, not any crap.

SOUNDS

Special mention for the piezo. I did disconnect it from the rest of the electronics to have two separate outputs. More choices while mixing. On the other hand, I lose the benefit of the blend when I plug in my amp at rehearsals or for fun. But in a home studio it is really the ultimate weapon. THe more that the pickups (not the piezo, the other ones) if they do not have much character they still have in any case very much definition, The sound is very airy, very articulate. It is quite on the "bright" side. The split is 100% usable.

OVERALL OPINION

I've had it a month and a half. Before that I had U.S. strats, a Gibson SG and several pretty good Korean or Chinese guitars, but so far the Fame is the best instrument I played. Never tested PRS though. I plan to visit MusicStore to test the Custom Forum that cost twice the price but have finishes to cry for and better chosen woods, it seems. Another special mention for the ease of play, I feel I play better with it. Well I'm going back to my Fame now ...
