Roundtone 2 offers Multi-track and Multi-machine modes.
In V2 you can link several tracks to the same Tape Machine to control from a single interface, according to SKnote.
Additional features include:
- Multimode oversampling (with optional “on export” mode for low cpu load). New non linear phase, IIR and linear phase, FIR oversampling. Select “Now” modes for realtime, “Export” modes for rendering.
- 7.5ips algorithms and “Dirty” algorithms for more harmonics
- Dry/wet mix knob with sample alignment

Roundtone 2 is available as VST for Windows 32-bit, and as a VST version for Mac and VST for Windows 64-bit. The update is free for existing users who will be informed via email. New users can purchase Roundtone 2 for the price of $19.99 or for $29.99 bundled with the upcoming “Presence” multimode exciter.
