PMA1 « Site sonovente to avoid disappointing SAV »

- Buying new speakers Krk in December 2009 on the site sonovente, 1 year hardware warranty
- In June 2010 finding that the tweeter of one of two speakers does not work (internal problem of the Krk and not related to its use)
- Back to SAV sonovente that redispatche subcontractor for repair and after 2 months of waiting, receiving the speaker is saying repaired, after 10min of operation, the tweeter drops down.
- Sonovente back home this time asking for compensation for shipping
- One month after receipt of the enclosure: surprise opening the box, I discovered an old speaker, who obviously is not damaged the new one I sent. No refund of shipping and in addition the woofer does not work. I think a bad joke!
- Back to SAV krk again requiring repayments of 2 expeditions!
- Back after 2 weeks of the enclosure still damaged (while I was by this that I would provide a new one!), With a priori a tweeter and a woofer that works and of course no replacement!
Brief big disappointment of this site is being said and professional which is absolutely not capable of providing customer service worthy of the name. I absolutely do not recommend sonovente, the VAS is deplorable!
