Detailed features: see further advice or information sheet or the site, but it's all transistor.
Settings:-simple or minimalist: Volume, Gain, Tona, "Ambience" (something home) and for good reason, there is only one channel and no amp simulation.
Power: it is strong enough to play in a room with others, even sax and drums.
Size: small, it fits in a backpack (and its 5 kg, it does not explode the backpack)!

UTILIZATION

Config is childish but it's better after reading the manual.
I'm less excited qu'Oli_34160: For me there are basically sound (light) does not vary much depending on settings. But I'm not in the extremes of the amp: Gain and Volume are always around noon.
Own small defect in its construction (size): the sound is a little loose but prescriptive. So always raise the 1 meter (or chair that you can because nothing exists for that) for it reveals its potential.

Sound (bright) limit but nickel is boring when played alone or no effect.

UTILIZATION

Well, it's confusing in here because the technology is digital preamp and power amp is analog. Weird, when I look at the new generation of lightweight bass amp is the reverse. Ditto for my Crate PowerBlock. Moving on.

Setting ambience is rubbish, stew thoroughly. This is a very bad phaser than anything else, which does no good to the amp. A setting of reverb would have been much better, especially if the preamp is already in the digital domain. Or adjustment bass instead, I see not that short.

The basic clean is beautiful, it's very dynamic and punchy, with a nice polish and precise.

OVERALL OPINION

I ordered the matching cabinet, everything is as compact as a Vox DA5 ...
I am amazed by what zt, I have yet a VOX AC15 but it is far from being as enjoyable, not to this side of his magic.
Must be said that a 6-inch HP is very fast compared to a 12, with a better frequency response. So I'm curious to try a box phil jones bass, he uses special 5 inches, it should sound fabulous.

Zt lunchbox2: phaser without yucky but with a reverb instead, a 3 band eq and 2 hp 6 inches for a price not much bigger.
I dream, but it would be top notch for 6 kilos ... and 200 watts.

In fact, zt is a liar hair, the additional baffle is identical and is given to 100watts 8ohms. The consolidated power is 200w, and 120w rms power. I guess under 4ohms, so in fact as is the lunchbox is 100w max, probably 80w.

I liked:
It is very practical, light and strong.
For the home, that's fine.

I did not like
- Too much background noise, which is not acceptable to the transistor (I think)
- The HP is no miracle, as a group, it should be connected to an external HP
- No clear sound, no presence, no dynamism soon as we turn up the volume.

The concept is good on paper. But the result is not up to the promises. For me, can do better!

For the price too expensive new. A buy used. But again, the prices are too high. We must compare the price with another transistor amplifier. Attax 80 or a 100 (yes, the same concept more, heavier ...) best for me, at no cost to the occasion ...

Some details, however, accessible to every-one-each having devoted himself to reading the doc in English downloaded from the manufacturer's website:

- This amp is not 200W as stated in its marketing brochure, but 130W RMS (Watts RMS being the only "real" Watts to be considered as corresponding to the only international units). Moreover, it is also engraved on the backplate of the beast: 130 W RMS, 200W peak. The number of peak (peak in French, is the max possible over very short periods) is the same for all power stages, about 2 times the RMS wattage.
- This amp is NOT transistor, it is completely digital, including the power stage (apparently an innovation ZT). Besides, I think there is a difference between the wicked W digital and the rest as there is a transistor between W and W lamp, which explains the low volume of this thing.
- Made in China, but this time no complaints about build quality.
- It is actually lightweight.

In short, on paper, a real revolution for the guitarist ...
For the theoretical characteristics therefore, I note Good (7).

UTILIZATION

Use could not be more simple: 1 win, 1 volume, 1 knob to simulate an open or closed cab (not felt a big difference) that resembles a sort of a chorus reverb crossbred rather difficult to describe.

Again, not much to complain about using the reach of everyone: Good (7).

SOUNDS

The clean sound is OK but not transcendent. It starts cruncher (with a double ES 335) with the gain around noon to get in a real mush after three quarters of the race. Of course, it crunche speed with a Strat or a Tele.
I did not at all adhered to the crunch: synthetic, without harmonics, cold as possible, digital in the worst sense of the term.
I have not even dared to connect the pedals.

Little speech on the following: the sound projection of an amplifier depends not only on the wattage of the power stage, far from it even. The other fundamental factors are the power and performance of HP and above the volume of air displaced by HP. In summary and simplifying, on a 5W 4x12 will sound as loud as a 50W or more on a 6-inch bowl.

That said, the projection of sound this amp is just zero. It was just starting to hear me in the mix with the gain AND the volume turned up and I was even more noticeable with a Vox AC4TV (4W HP 8 inches) with this thing (AC4TV still clearly insufficient to play a drummer anyway). Of course, with two knobs at the bottom, bye bye clean sounds, and indeed bye bye also sounds short because there is no further definition of two notes with the settings to the cleat.
In comparison with the same group, I play with a master to 6 and 2 50W transistor with a 60W lamp. Lunchbox with playskool, we can not hear me!

OVERALL OPINION

I kept two weeks: one week before and a week requisitioned for resale.

The 130 W announced are perhaps (I doubt it seriously anyway - 130W, it must be VERY strong), but then they are digital and W anyway they can not decently be used in the HP 6 " integrated.
And if you put it next to a "small" transistor amplifier 30W, it does not even argue the comparison in terms of sound projection!

The sound is clear and the crunch means bad.

This amp has no interest, it's a toy. If it is to stick it in a external speaker, take a head as that sounds, to lamps.

In short, not the revolution announced by the marketing anyway.

CHARACTERISTICS available everywhere
The knob "Ambience" mode simulates a "closed" or "open". It is effective (I think) from 9am 12pm. To del it becomes a reverb "early reflections" (this is not a decision of quality it's just an observation). In the there is no diffrence with the 9 o'clock position.
But it is really effective in this crneau trs.

The knob "Gain": the saturation is ensured by a clipping diode to obtain a level and type of micro dpendant utiliss (I know is a "truism "...). Used between 2am and 3am, it is royal to highlight single coils and Ragit trs much diffrence to attack.

UTILIZATION

The configuration is very simple ... and trs complicated!
Let me explain:
Because of the limited rglage possible and the design of the amplifier changes each change paramtre also render other paramtres.Il radapter will therefore almost total other paramtres made to stay in your IDAL. This is an advantage (a versatile and inconvnient (trompe l'simplicity it ...). In any case, when searching for sounds, I advise you to have a paper and pencil door hand ... Or you find rglage fixed effects let you care to sculpt your sound.

Tip: Read the manual (not for use - although ...) but especially for the explanation of the specifications for the design of Bouzin). Have a look at the site of ZT also for additional information.

I play on Lag Rockline 1989 HSS (era of Seymour, Aria Pro II TA65 ES335 imitation microphones in 1990 GFS "Vintage Alnico 59 'humbucker" and also folk Aria, which I have a system that Mount Seymour Duncan SA-6 Mag Mic. I have a lot of effects that I have my same RALIS (BSIAB2, Guv'nor with RC4558 with Edit 'clipping diodes, or LED, treblebooster Ge, Q CGB95 modif , etc.).. OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 1 year.
I had a Fender Champ (then the effect is zero on!), A Bugera V5 (I had to duplicate it and even when I hsit resell - lamps or not: that is the question ...).

So. The particularity prfre. WEIGHT!! You heard the?
4kg for 200w you will find nowhere else, not try!
The rendering is stunning whatever the power demand. But if you want more "body", you can always add it the cabin of your dreams HP ...

What type of amplification (lamp, transistor ,...)?

What is the power delivered?

200 Watts announced, I used to say, I do not put more than 4. We can consider a concert in a room with good.

What connection?

The most basic possible, an input jack, an 8 ohm speaker output, an auxiliary input. Me it suits me quite I do not need effects loops (J uses very little or not)

What are the settings, effects?

There is a volume knob, a gain knob, a tone and atmosphere.

This amp is pretty special because if the gain is at 0 there is no sound coming out of the amp, so it must refer to a small guide that comes with the Lunchbox that advises starting with a gain half the race before adjust the volume knob. Tone button works very well and target frequencies are carefully chosen to fill the "lack" of a more traditional equalization. The button is used to determine the ambience are open or closed cab. Will it fit your style of music?

I play mostly Black Metal, Brutal Death, Death. When my bass arrived in rehearsal room he literally exploded with laughter at seeing the size of this amp. So yes, the visual level in a metal that is not super great. But when you hear the sound of this amp is insane and exceeds all expectation. I thought a 6.5-hp "it is too small to make the metal, there will be no serious". Yet there are serious! The sound has a potato of hell. I played on the ValveKing 50 before ... Buried this thing, it weighs a ton and the sound is much worse than the lunchbox.

I played with 3 guitars in many different characters that pass through a Pocket Metal Muff and a delay Onerr.

First a Iceman ADX 120 A Drop granted. I m expecting a sound rather boiled without any definition, yet it sounds the fire of God, the sound is wide and well defined, it does not always drool

Then an Ibanez GRG 06 normally granted with a Paf Pro Humbucker from hell and especially the AP-2 in EMG. Ditto, his enormous, not a breath and fart exellent, the amplifier meets the guitars.

And finally my guitar concert, a Harley Benton 7-string with micro Guitarheads (Very good builder that I recommend to our friends low budget). The sound is very good even with my guitar "cardboard".

What kind of sound you get and with what settings ("crystalline", "fat ",....)?

I can get a powerful and heavy, which is amazing given the size of HP, I wonder what happens with a 4x12 cab

Edit of 09/09/2010: I found a very interesting config to earn serious without losing power, I use one of my passive PA speakers with a HP 15 ". The sound is gaining in wealth, in the presence . And it remains a small footprint

- The sound, safe and amplitude, the power!

- The price! (267 € for an amp of this quality, better than some lamps)

Features:
Amp Transistor, 200W Power announced (130 W RMS, I never knew the difference).
The feeling is much less (it's a transistor amp) but it still has the respondent, the dynamics are impressive, it reacts instantaneously. I put eight, because given the size of HP (6.5 ") it fails to report at the bottom.
It has a DC presence (Reverb) rather pleasant.
Controller tone quite progessive and effective, a volume control and a gain control, also very progressive.

I play mostly blues (a few tens of years of practice to get to emulate SRV), jazz "blues" and bossa.
I bought the amp power light go on again, as receiver for sound to travel and small gigs in jazz clubs els less than 100 people.
For all these uses, it is perfect, and even better than that, I also used (for curiosity) on larger scenes (nearly 500) for a Cab driver 4 * 12 Marshall, and there it was good surprise for everyone, me, other zicos and especially sound engineer who is still not back.
I use it mainly with my copy of Japanese ES 335 from 1969 with two humbuckers, or my Mexican Start with the 1985 single.

In standard use (ie for me without pedal board), mid power amp crunch slightly with humbuckers (volume at half and winning at 2 / 3), it should push a bit more with single coils (Strat-type) to achieve the same result. It is versatile enough to be used as such for gigs in small places.
That said ZT likes pedals (OD, distortion, wah, delay and fuzz going very well).

I do not play metal, blues rock to edgy but for me it does almost as well as my Marshall BB or my VOX AC30 I go out less and less since this little beast has joined my team.

My only regret concerns of course the lack of fishing down when used alone (HP 6.5 "forces) but the rest of its qualities (weight, size, and even her) far outweigh the few frustrations sometimes. Transplanted a sound (either as an ID or with a type SM57 microphone) it gives very good results.

I use it almost daily for three months, again, at home and even in concert. I'm still amazed it's so easy to adjust, move that I wonder how I got lugging amps over 25 kg for all these years ...
As it was not really a competitor, I can not say I have tried many models, but when I wanted to equip myself with a lightweight amplifier, I researched the side of the amp model work Vox AC3 or AC5, small stacks Night Train or Vox type Blackstar HT 1 or type of amp modeling Roland Cube. While I recognize that small amp modeling have made tremendous progress in recent years, and can serve here and there, the lack of effects is not harmful, and I appreciate more the 4 or 5 kg less.

The sound is good immediately.

I was looking for a receiver who can go home, repeating in concert, very compact but powerful and with good sound.
