I wanted to buy a plate, I had money then and not much to pay (with my parents! Now is a little different!) So I took the plate and a second and frankly I'm definitely not disappointed!
Good value for money. very good quality. Price a bit expensive, but cheaper than tjs technics.
Platinum heavy and robust. Pitch up 50. possibililté of key lock. The key lock is to increase the pitch without changing the tone (in theory). The key lock is pretty good quality but not super accurate. It sounds a little gadget. plus the effect pitch can be a desired effect as for the scratch for example. there is also the possibility of settling curves starting and stopping of the plate. ie to have a progressive or a couple who live attack, and the torque of this machine is pretty impressive. It is more adjustable, 1.5 to 4.7 kgf / cm.
Me I use these primarily for scratching turntables. And with good Ortofon well regulated, there's no worry, they assure.
Anyway I am filled with these plates despite some gadget. I am enjoying thoroughly velcro and she responds very well.
