I didn't have any kind of compatibility issues with mine. It was okay to configure - there was one confusing thing where you have to tell it what your inputs are, and this step wasn't clear in the manual. You have to let the program know where your audio is coming from in the Settings menu. The manual is overall okay, but again it did skip over this step.
