I bought it, it's been three months since I used to scratch and after a while I think:
- "I paid it p_tain € 350 they would still have been able to put a filter or P'ti P'ti delay chep me ..."
I have a friend who bought a table for less at numark, I tried this and I think:
- "Ah agree ..."
-> The crossfader of the PMC06 alone justifies the price of this mixer!
It pro and that's it.
I put 7 because I really p'tit filter or at least a P'ti FX ...

EDIT 22/08/2006: The crossfader is unbreakable, like the rest of this machine!

OVERALL OPINION

Just a quick notice, the characteristics of the table have been ennoncés.
I got it two weeks ago in black version (very nice).
I have a numark dxm06 the mix and I must say that the crossfader is significantly different pmc06 pro, its very well cut. After I can not make comparisons with a rane or ttm56 pmco7 but I am very satisfied. The sound comes out very well the lower well above my dxm06.
the buttons are very well put the fader loud enough to not interfere in the scratch but I do want to say that the faders are not progressive! there is almost no sound at 3 / 4 of the race of faders and only last two to the mark that the sound comes from a sudden injury to the effect of progressive nuances.
I think it's a good table scratch midrange, nice, albeit a bit expensive I got to 289 € new again later I think to turn to a rane or vestax pmc08 ttm57!

This depends heavily of what you are expecting. Mixer is very stripped down, no extras. Personally, I am missing: - third band to eq - wider eq range - third stereo output - master out to phones But for what it's built for - scrtatching - it's just great.

UTILIZATION

Very simple and very logical. Manual is helpful when doing some more special tasks, like adjusting the curve of channel faders.

So solid. Very robust and i've used a one in a club too. Friend of mine managed to spoil he's one by spilling a drink on it and not cleaning it right away. I don't think that counts.

SOUNDS

Can't find anything to complain in home use. Definitely the best i've had.

OVERALL OPINION

There's lots of good in it but if i would have 10cm extra space i would change it to get all the features i like. Or maybe i would keep it for pure scratching gigs... it (almost) fits in a pocket so it's good to take with.
