    UTILIZATION

    - The touch keyboard is it enjoyable? Should you use?
Impeccable on this point, really nice and enjoyable!

    - The configuration gnrale Is it easy?
Then the NO and NO and NO! even having to patch ACCS Reason for example, impossible to draw anything in the configuration of the surface of CONTRL! Ditto for the VST plug-ins ...

    - The select MIDI channels, patches is easy?
Yes to the MIDI channels in May are a multitude of options and possible rglages .. If it is organized, but people come here even when ca rclame sustained attention

    - The manual is clear and sufficient?
EXIST! Do not count on it to explain anything other than the connection! The rest is nothing! Also, do not rely on the help of technical service or online support .. Once sold, they do not care ...
I put two on this point because not really shopping for a penny!

    OVERALL OPINION

    - How long have you use it?
    Now since 4 months
    - What is the particular feature you like best and least?
The pros: The diversity of the curve rponse settle according to their envy, pitch wheels, touch gnral
the -: the difficulty of the surface SETTING THE CONTROL! Currently she serves nothing and no way to "cable" synth VST my top! Besides, if anyone knows or has walkthroughs I'm interested because this function even when t dcisive during my purchase!

    - Have you tried many other models before acqurir?
I tested other keyboards in the range M-Audio, Alesis and Novation (very nice level surface CONTRL octaves but not enough on the test MODEL)

    - How do you report qualitprix?
Trs good if at last I can use this area Satane MIDI CONTRL

    - With the exprience, you do again this choice?
CF prcedent point: If it works without concern ... if everyone is like me, probably not!

I chose the Controller for the interface on the keyboard. There are enough buttons for my use. I dj a M-Audio Axiom 61 and I find that the Keystation Pro 88, while better, are real and not potentiomtres buttons endless contrlent trs that bad. The screen is even bigger. The price is good for the features offered.

The quality of the keys is horrible. After a few seconds no one touch a button, it stuck in the top of the keyboard. So we should press harder for dcoincer, which does not press gently on the keys. On my Axiom 61, I had the same problem but did not interfere much as there are semi-weighted keys on it. UTILIZATION

The Keystation, the keys are heavy and they stuck. TRS is irritating.

In addition, when installing the keyboard with the CD-ROM, a message informs us that the keyboard is supported natively by Windows XP. It is true that XP DTECT a USB device but it is never displayed in Cubase as Controller. I have to go to the website of M-Audio to go Tlcharger pilots ( http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=support&tab=driver&PID=aca8d591dad676b163e13ecd2896d084&serie_ID=3#tabs ) and crushes the drivers manually in XP that was working. I can not find a normal.

For the interface seems a pretty simple. Sr that is made just a few days I have the keyboard and I do not understand all the features of the interface. I could read the manual to learn how it all works. The problem is that the manual is silent on this subject trs. We have several other electronic manuals on CD-ROM are also simplistic.

    OVERALL OPINION

I use the Controller that for two days but I am familiar with the interface since I use the Axiom 61 for several months djbr />
    Ngatif:
    - Quality Key horrible
    - Drivers on XP again

    Positive:
    - Big screen LCD simple
    - The construction seems solid gnral. The base is solidified by a large sheet of MDF (do not really have to weight against: the box PSE near 58 pounds)
    - Unlimited number of presets with the driver Enigma ( http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=support.drivers&f=768 )

Good quality price (set by the quality of the keys). Other brands are more expensive to have a couple of times fewer features.

APRS sudden I couraging AIM that I pay tens of dollars more to have better keys. I like the M-Audio keyboard as they are professional. It's not as "bbelle" that Korg keyboards with their big colorful buttons and Lumire. Unfortunately the comfort of the keys is horrible.

If my choice silent again, I would opt for a better keyboard (with Midi Gnral Intgr. For example, the M-Audio ProKeys 88 ( http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/ProKeys88.html ) or another brand, if the keys are as bad)

The M Audio KeyStation Pro 88 is a full midi keyboard with midi out and midi in with all of the octaves of a real piano. But don’t be fooled, this Midi keyboard does not have the feel of a real piano. The keys are weighted and it gives them a good feel, but the feel of it isn’t like a synth and its not like a real full piano. Its kind of like an in between of the two different types of keys. You can also ad sustain pedals to this board as well.

    UTILIZATION

The keys feel great and it is a very sturdy keyboard, but I feel like if it left me with the urge of wanting to sit at a real piano. Its not built cheap, but it doesn’t leave you satisfied, so if you are a keyboard/piano player…

Its not built cheap, but it doesn’t leave you satisfied, so if you are a keyboard/piano player and you are looking for something with a real feel too it don’t go with the M Audio Keystation Pro 88.

    OVERALL OPINION

I used mine for about a month and then took it back and go a different one. You mine as well go with one of the M Audio Axiom midi Keyboards. Their are midi keyboards and are not intended to feel like a real piano. M Audio fell short with this board with trying to make it have a real piano feel to it. So if you are looking for a real piano feeling midi keyboard this will leave you unsatisfied, plus the keys are too heavy to use it for your production if you are into hip hop. You wont be able to do those quick sliding melodies and synth lines with this board because the keys are too heavy. Plus the price is a little high for a midi keyboard like this when there are a ton of others on the market that will suite you better.
