Art & Lutherie CW Cedar Quantum 1

My friend purchased this for our setup. This is a high-quality acoustic electric, and is notable for having many controls with which to adjust the sound. These include volume, brilliance, treble, contour, bass frequency, notch, and a phase switch in case you run into phasing issues (I personally have never needed to use that switch, but all the other ones, I certainly make use of). It has a spruce top and a maple body and neck, with an ebony fretboard. The bridge is also ebony.


UTILIZATION

The cutaway allows easy access to the top frets. With all of these features and the cutaway, the cw feels more like an electric guitar than an acoustic, and this makes it an interesting guitar. It isn't too heavy and it feels good to play sitting or standing. Getting a good sound almost always requires an adjustment. It's almost in your best interest to get the right acoustic guitar amplifier, this amp only sounds good amplified. I'm not a big fan of the direct sound (the pickups just aren't really cut out for that). The action was too high when I bought it, so I had it lowered and now it plays great.


SOUNDS

This is an acoustic electric that sounds like it has a little bit of both in it. There are some sounds that wouldn't have sounded out of place on Eric Clapton's Unplugged record. For the most part, this is built for live performance. In fact, that's when it sounds the best. I would never mic this guitar live or in the studio, or even play it acoustically if I was looking for a good tone. But I doubt anyone would buy this guitar if you are looking for a good acoustic. This is acoustic-electric all the way, and if that's what you want, it sounds fantastic. That's the reason for the high mark.


OVERALL OPINION

I think this is a really great A/E guitar, and I'd really be thrilled if I had one of my own. Unfortunately, I don't, but I think I might get one eventually. It's certainly expensive, so make sure that you'll use it a lot and that it's exactly what you are looking for.

UTILIZATION

Very lightweight, this guitar is perfect for accompaniment.
I did add a stud for the strap because I n, not like tie strap on the head. Why going basis?

The amp will be terribly effective and simple but formidable settings.
The battery is available (which is rare)

Only downside: the handle called "logger" that can tire without some training.

SOUNDS

This is the sound I was looking for a gaming agreements, as in arpeggio. Not suited to heavy rock (not painted), it provides incredible feel (especially with a small chorus)

I play a Marshall AS50R, and I often played on AER 60, and the result is impeccable.

Choose well the strings: Martin or rather Godin

I've had three years and I am very satisfied.
I researched this finish which is rare in France??
What a look! It leaves no one indifferent.

The sound is THE sound I was looking for. Only the handle can cause bp for small hands

Report quality price crabouill completely. Vritablement plays in the courtyard of the great ... It's strange but true.

The CW cedar home art and violin is a real gem. Manufactures hand exclusively from Canadian wood
there are of solid cedar for the soundboard and a three-layer Growth of birch for the back and wicker covers; Saddle The handle is rosewood fingerboard with 21 frets to quip and mcaniques oil bath trs performance. The cedar CW is equipped with a microphone manufactured by Quantum emp Godin, Brand of known renames! and has three buttons,
a treble bass and volume! Could not be more simple.

UTILIZATION

The neck is thin enough and enjoyable to touch the trs definitely rosewood. CHAC is easy thanks to the sharp cutaway shape. The criticism I have is in terms of size, is a large guitar that is sitting prfrable use.
The sound is warm and gnreux, ds the first connecting the guitar sounds just fine and is to go. The highs are crystalline and very severe balance. It is a rgal

SOUNDS

This guitar is to be accompanied on idalie scne. It should be more specially the folk, but is quite versatile. Trs can do well or rock song Franaise! I use a roland cube, but it is to buy an amp prfrable special acoustic.
From low to high, nothing is wrong. O n the contrary it is a perfect harmony, and the sound is equilibrated trs!

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a week and what I like most is the sound gnrosit! no need to scrape hard, it ffleure and gives bcp!
What I like least is the size, I prfr the same quality but on the MODEL friend of the same brand!
It's expensive, but it's a guitar that I will take a long time because it has the particularity of s'amliorer Over the years, like good wine!
Yes I redeem the same, maybe in a DIFFERENT color!
