Moog Grandmother Semimodular Synth (Stranger Things-inspired Sequence) - SYNTHSPO #002
SYNTHSPO #002: Moog Grandmother Semimodular Synth (Stranger Things-inspired Sequence)
Exploring a Stranger Things-inspired sequence on this amazing machine that I was lucky enough to grab this morning (1 of 500 released for MoogFest 2018). Only effect is the onboard spring reverb (!)--no extra processing. Near the end I max out the reverb and switch to drone mode for a slightly more atmospheric feel--really great to mess around with. This was also the first sound I made with this gem. Many more (and some serious patching) to come. (Also, fun fact: I still have yet to see an episode of Stranger Things. But who has time for TV with synths like this??)

SYNTHSPO is a series for sharing the sometimes-inspiring fruits of my sound design sessions. Hopefully, they inspire you to create something, too. Share what you make in the comments!

------

THANKS FOR LISTENING

Like this video?
