The TG77 is the rackmount version of the SY77, without the sequencer.
It is polyphonic 16 voices for the part FM and 16 votes for the party AWM (advanced wave memory).
4 effects can be put together.
8 audio outputs + 2 + 2 main sub-main.
Midi In Out Through.

UTILIZATION

The manual is very clear, but the difficulty lies in the programming of sounds: not less than 1200 parameters for a sound. In addition, the FM is not simple.

SOUNDS

Do not try to get a good sound of piano or guitar on the TG77.
The synth sounds are great cons. Filters are super powerful.
For cons, the acerbic noise transformer out to the outputs but not on the eight separate sorites.
The effects are not great qualities: they too dull sound.

OVERALL OPINION

I bought in the mid 90s.
It is a synth that must be understood that if you already own other synths.
If you like to take the lead during the nights, this synth is for you.
