    Martin & Co D 25 KPublished on 04/20/09 at 12:03
The Martin & Co D 25 K is a dreadnought acoustic guitar that is made in the USA and is not an acoustic/electric, so it doesn't have any pick ups or setting controls. This guitar is extremely well made and is not only sturdy but made with top notch parts and care from one of the world's leaders in acoustic guitars.

    UTILIZATION

The neck of the Martin & Co D 25 K is very easy to play, and it always feels good on my fingers when I pick it up to play. It isn't that easy to reach the top notes, but that is to be expected with acoustic guitars anyway. The Martin & Co D 25 K is pretty light and has the classic dreadnought style body and look to it. It isn't that easy to reach the top notes, but that is to be expected with acoustic guitars anyway. The Martin & Co D 25 K is pretty light and has the classic dreadnought style body and look to it. Getting a good sound is easily attainable if you know how to play!

    SOUNDS

The sound quality of the Martin & Co D 25 K is just about as good as it gets in terms of acoustic guitars. It has a huge sound to it that covers the full range of the acoustic guitar, and especially great when it comes to getting that low end for folk and country. It is a great guitar either for playing solo or with a band and overall the tone quality is truly hard to beat.

    OVERALL OPINION

I've been using the Martin & Co D 25 K for about four years and it is definitely one of the best acoustic guitars that I have played and recorded with. Its huge tone makes it desirable by all acoustic guitar players and even though the price isn't cheap, that is to be expected for such a high end acoustic guitar. I would recommend the Martin & Co D 25 K to any guitar played looking for one of the best acoustic guitars out there.
