I have this amp for three or four years, bought used, so it did not ruin me. I use it to push tops Rope B Chiltone CG7-382P (purchased at the same time), only in bars / sound to smaller rooms for groups (although, I rebuke the songs and electronic drums). For larger scenes, I couple the B string with two RCF (I know, it would be better with four identical speakers) and I plus two passive cabinets (2x46 each) driven by a Proline 3000. He does his job, never had a problem. It is powerful enough in all situations (but pregnant are also many), sounds properly, does not heat, is not too heavy. I tried other amps before him, but never very high standard, I am an amateur, and to use that I have, I'm very happy. If it again, I could take one, or turn to the amps at Thomann also have excellent QP report.
Cons: I do not see

I have two phonic max 2500 for 6 years: RAS

I have 2 versions, the first with the ventilation central facade and the 2nd with the facade redesigned and further back (not the 2500 plus released much later and much cheaper)

after opening 2 amps for cleaning components are identical.

the first to use with sub sub 8ohm stereo mode: the receiver requires a level of sizeable and arrive fast enough to clip. the limiter is doing its job. I pulled in 2 sub 46 650 w rms each (thus amp far too low) ca sounded good but without extraordinary pressure.
since I always used in parallel with these two subs flush either.

2 ° 4 medium acute head 300w. its very clean. nothing to say in this price range.

In summary for the first 2 version (I do not know the max 2500 plus) it's rib.
