For the technical part, the bulk WO t said.

Bought around 1995 Pigalle (Bass Center) about the era of 3000F (450).

C'tait bass easy to play thanks to its handle end, so well suited to beginners and guitarists.

Mics: 2 PB type center and a guy in JB bridge. Liabilities. This configuration allows many possibilities;

Bolt with a reinforcing rod of hard wood (very pretty from the back).

: Mechanical oil bath.

UTILIZATION

A pleasant and easy to play neck. Good access to the treble. Weight content. So excellent ergonomics.

The sound: a good sustain and dynamics in the average for passive pickups.

SOUNDS

I play on an Ashdown Mag 300 with a 4x10 cabinet. The bass is up with D'Addario flat net (I do not like the round threads, slamming my taste too). I get easily his research with a rglage " any substance ": heavy, fatty, rock (mdiator). Very well also play reggae fingers. I slapper too easy (but not my thing).

Compare this with my other bass (a Squier Affinity PB up with Seymour Duncan), I find the easiest play Ibanez. The handle is a true be regulated. However the sound is less beautiful my taste. Not enough PCHE and a little shrill in the treble.

OVERALL OPINION

I play over 13 years. The handle is impeccable: Mechanical and take good agreement. It's really good stuff. Robust and efficient.

May be that the coup would have to replace the original pickups with Seymour Duncan "quarter pound" to be more level and attack output. I think it has a very good bass would do for rock.
