SOUND QUALITY

I tried the GT5, then the GT6, and this one, and I would like roland or boss out directly GT16! I find it does not much change from the prcedent and even better ... I had them a GX-700 there are a lot of time and apart from dj ... connectors, converters and put some effects up to date (24 bit / 96 kHz), I thought it sounded like Quazi said it well ... but it's all (still no lights !) for the 21-Century clger!

good when there the same distortion, reverbs etc. that sounds good but I'm not surprised!

OVERALL OPINION

Good machine overall suit small purse ... a complete package of boss pedals in a few bonus + pdalier nice but no more!

UTILIZATION

I test in my store just prfr APRS Vox ToneLab. With Vox, in 5 minutes, I understood how my sounds. For the Boss, even with the manual is the galre! Y has buttons everywhere, menus everywhere ... It is not at all intuitive and I do not have the impression that there any logic in the design of the contraption! bizarre home Rocktron, there are 3 knobs on their products, and with it all RULES. SOUND QUALITY

The effects are nice. BOSS has sounds but hey, we know what we achte ...
For cons, the amps ...! My god! my old Digitech Genesis was better!
It has one branch of my scratch on my amp. We did everything we could but can not get a good sound. and not to does not come from his guitar (Les Paul Custom)!
I put 5 because the effects are good but I find that even when I'm nice.

OVERALL OPINION

The price that has cost, a cost worth the exception of OCCAZ. Prfrez Vox ToneLab him that sounds much better if you want a multi pdalier +.
If you want a modeling, save your money and see the Line6 ct (I like it but not better quality even when ...)
If you want effects, invest in an effect rack plutt not too expensive (G-Major, Xpression ...) + pdalier Midi (Berhinger. ..). It's a bit more expensive but quality level is something else too ...

Config not very practical, buttons and calves in abundance, not very well thought out ergonomics compared to other products.

The effects are garish, and I still can not find what I want.

I use this pedal for a year.
For the home studio, it can, but sometimes the quality is not to go (44khz.. ... Effects of compression too noisy)

I prefer a guitar with a natural drive amp.

Hi,
I'm talking about the GT Pro is the equivalent of 8 GT with 200 programmed effects and as available. It's a race to the amount I preferred to quality.
Technology-nothing to say except it's very pro buttons not very practical at the setting "preamp" and plastoc not too clean.
Everything is editable in PC & Mac.
Complete connectivity but I have not found a solution to connect my studio of the same brand live??
GT Pro is the rack and the price where it is sold we'll have enjoyed a flight case for the stroll because it is still fragile, this stuff.
Finally big deal what's the point of having two engines and two channels so if you can
edit the channel A?? me in my little head I thought "A rhythm channel, channel B riffs, solos solo channel ....... I may be ahead of my time??

J'utise the GT pro for three months.
What I like most is from repeat with this thing under my arm without being forced to take my amp branch because I live on the sound system up and roll my chicken ...
I have not tried it the other sounds of the AB 1200 "my home studio" which led me to this product.
Do not tell me the price I will get angry. I found more than 500 (five hundred) Euros apart on the same new product, it's rather disorder and does not encourage purchase. Notice a thousand Euros, we do not want to rush either.

OVERALL OPINION

opinion below is excellent and I share everything that is said about the quality of the GT8 as a multi-purpose. The interface is particularly excellent, the delays and reverbs are very successful and it is really value for money. The only drawback is the lack of looper worthy of the name but after all it is a vintage cheaper than ME 70 and much better for the effects - with the great advantage of the GT ie free chaining effects. Also, a funny effect of retaining the note called "sound hold", although a less EHX freeze, but still.

on the other hand, what made me sell mine shortly after buying it the very average quality simulation models, and especially the one I use most, the Bassman. Not to mention the original amps, compared to Guitar Rig, a Vox Tonelab or a AdrenaLinn, WG8 does not sound at all, it is flat, hollow, without dynamic, soft knee, especially with headphones or live card sound. It is possible that it is me who has struggled to settle, but as I got to find a / sounds that I like very easily on simus mentioned above ....
