I buy around 1997 ... very easy to program.
I am serving with 2 Fender Hot Rod 1997 U.S. lamps
output "stereo" ... absolutely stunning ...
after having used many pedals, "Digiteck" etc ...
The GX-700 is by far the best ... I had at the beginning of my career
(35) like everyone else, the first Boss pedals ... but given time,
when you get 20 pedals ... is always a sacred!? & * (son of .. somewhere in
that "buzz" ... or background noise.
The "only" trouble I had ... which is still pretty bad ...
one time ... in the extensive show, the sound cut, nothing! ... what I fesait?
Instinctively turned off and on again .... the gaff!
It will re-initialize ... complete ... all sounds programmed for years
are missing in a second ... and no, I've never been able saugarder the bank of provided .... not that I did not try! but it never work ... try with MC-50 ... in a laptop ... niet! So, since 1997 .... I lost my sounds about 7 times ... most of the time, because the internal battery that keeps the sound in memory ... when it is exhausted ... I lost all my sounds ...
And I do not crank ... rack-mount only ...
BUT midi program .... what a joy!
all my sequences are set .... more worthwhile to dwell a look at what pedals to ...
I use some sound distortion ... with compressor .... ouff

OVERALL OPINION

since 1997 ... I hope I get iem February 1 ...

There are all the standard effects of modern guitarist. The quality is at the meeting, forcing Boss. You bluff the audience with no problem. All prints are guitarists to hear what comes out of the bote ....
The reverb (numrique) is very well. It can play sounds super clear crystal, the crunchy distortion, sounds super trashy good fats, etc..
By dmerdant well for programming, we can approach trs prs sounds of the largest multi-effects with this.

UTILIZATION

Simple to use. Trs of many possibilities. The manual is clear.
The display is super readable but a lot of information.

SOUND QUALITY

The effects are excellent at all times! It can be used both live in the studio. The shades are made. Ms. rotten with a guitar, it sounds pretty!
I do not even serve more than distortion of my Marshall ....

OVERALL OPINION

I dj for 7 years I use 10% of its possibilities I think .... I mainly use a dozen sounds.

This multi-effect is absolutely terrible for 99% of guitarists. % The last is the pros pts tune of pedals that achte 10,000 bullets or pseudo-mlomanes (frica too) who would do better to ask whether their level Technical MRIT the effects they venrent!

Frankly IDAL to live.
For more, you pay a high price.

I spend my time in the studio and check me cranky on his multi-effects so it fills me perfectly. In any fawn, think your audience: it is far less demanding on your sound, especially live!

SOUND QUALITY

I find that a lot of things we aprendre actually have to work sounds to make something really good, not as fast as the single pedal.
The reverb is very clean and really nice the delay, the simulator HP is not zero, we can succeed by working to make things interresting, overall I find the correct sounds, more generally when recording c ' studio is the fact that we use so why put all his money

has been eight years since I use it.
I tried lots of multi effect in the same price range, even a little more CHRE, and I board not specially sduit.
For the price it's really very very good

Everything has already been written about in other posts. Note especially that the chaining effect can be modified (very handy for connecting an external amp after comp / wah / distortion and before modulation). The chromatic tuner is also very useful.

UTILIZATION

No need to read the manual to create its sound, everything is intuitive and the menus are very well finished. I use with GX-700 Personal Sound Station, a patch editor that runs on Windows, available on https://grunw.hypermart.net/ and it is a treat.

SOUND QUALITY

The distos are oks. I do not use little or preamp (I have a JMP-1), the modulations are most excellent. Note that even by sending all in a power amp, playing with the simulator from HP can be obtained excellent results.

OVERALL OPINION

I use almost the modulations and is a real pleasure. The settings are accurate and it is possible to obtain excatement the sound you are looking for.
Bought about 8 years ago, I could never take the default. The price of OCCAZ is a bargain. If I am flying, I will not purchase another nine multi purpose or later but by seeking an opportunity.

UTILIZATION

I am working stream configuration trs simple. We quickly found the sound you need. There may be many paramtres for some effects, but not everyone is a useful key to approach a sound that is sought.

SOUND QUALITY

I find the sound qulit trs good, some say non-transparency effects, I do not see exactly what cell means. Effect is not really the not to be transparent (but has still my opinion). In short, the GX700 does its job properly.

I use mainly the compressor / limiter, speaker simulation, the equalizer, flanger and phaser (a little chorus) and delay. Cel suits me perfectly. I love the sound.

OVERALL OPINION

Rcemment bought for 150 euros, I did not repeat it. This multi effect is very practical, compact, versatile trs, trs cheap, it includes all the effects in a small boss at boti. I do not think Sparer me by a good time.

It's digital, but: the preamps are very good, the delay is great very vintage, are distortions sound good, everything is correct, with many parameters ...
You must spend some time searching your sound, but you get it there and is not bad at all!
I also had a GT-5 that I gave to some youths unusable and unmarketable because, it would be a steal, it's worthless! cardboard effects,
I had the line6 very cold! a tc nova system, horrible! I did a concert and a session with it and then resold quickly!
a gt-8 a very cold, we barely recognize the sound of his guitar,
not the gx-700 is really good!
I like the pedals, but when you need to program ...
the only multi effect that would be its replacement is the gt-pro ...
good but expensive and hard to find today ...
its only weakness comes as all the racks come from transformer boss, almost untraceable, which aged faster than the rack!
