Trouble-free installation, no problems of incompatibility either.
The app is easy to use, the primary functions are intuitive, and go into more detail, the manual is well screwed, even if we would like to have more tips (fortunately There's sites like Audiofanzine!). Compared to its competitors, is suffering from a virtual studio interface quite "heavy", and finally it is a matter of taste.

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

Before renewing my PC config, I had a PII/400MHz/128Mo RAM / Old Aureal sound card
and I must say that with Win98, FL doing well (of course, with "too many" effects and tracks, it's loose).

OVERALL OPINION

I use this app and I have not let go.

+: Can be quickly programmed drum loops, melodic lines (mostly oriented Electro), assign FX and get a good result (in the ear for quality, there's rumors)
-: The Pianoroll is impractical when we need to go into a high resolution (8th of black ... it is then necessary to set the note)
-: The sequencer can just put layer patterns, resulting in automated systems that quickly become galley (I advise Floops + A sequencer door (cubase SX and Acid for example)).

Price / quality ratio, we can not complain.
I probably do it again the choice, but if I had known, I would have waited FL Studio, instead of getting ripped off with "updates gratos"

Installation is by itself: only snag I've never paramtr squence for MIDI hardware and I'd like to learn more.
I think it is compatible with all VST plug-in then has the choice.

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

A laptop desktop Packard Bell AMD Athlon 550MHz 188mo of RAM and a small hard drive 6.6 GB (when the speed faura same as I learn ... well it works so good).
It is true that saturates the processor a little, but only on certain dmo (songs) and really load effects plugin.
The config is pretty good but is stable even when not forget to save once in a while the songs: in fact it happens that a plant ... after 3 / 4 hours of use. I emphasize that the sound card is original is so good even when not asking too much.

OVERALL OPINION

It's 3 / 4 that I use (version 2.0 or antrieure THE FIRST with the TS404). Since I bought a machine so it is ct lack of proper interface. What I like most is the fast edition of sounds and sound lines, the step and the number of squence insrable effects per track (in addition there are not so bad a)
I tried Arturia (or Storm) and some Reason. APRS and I had Soudforge Acid (or anything but hey).
I think it is a good software for beginners (easy to CSTA) or more.
I will soon invest ds version 5.0 which I have heard here for the next exit or the management of the afternoon with my machine and if it works I think I would not even look elsewhere.

Fruity Loops sequencer is the most powerful and cheaper.

It works on just about all the Bécanne, with a lot of ram or not bcp, powerful processor or not ...

patterns are up to 64 pads. after you have to make songs (elektron = 32 sps ... not!)

Stable software.

The only BMOL is to synchronize with other machines, or PC: it's the mouse! it also saw the capacity incomprhensible it!

OVERALL OPINION

I have version 3 for 6 years !!!!!

+ what I love: the simplicity of the samples and synth drums.

what I like - This is the basic sequencer! shame we can not do laps on a track differentss same pattern (see rm1x)!!
