    SONORITS

Each his own, but bluesman who respects must admit that in fender strat, have an incredible round !!!!!! The shape and weight make this guitar a extencsion human corp:-). Accompanied by an old tube amp (not need a very powerful amp: 20w suiffisent) you get the most recognized histroie sounds of the blues. With amps newest and most powerful types marshall 100w, you get a clear sound excelent. an incomparable crunch, but for a game on a very pusissant distortion, it's more the same. To enjoy this strat with a powerful distortion, we must equip a dual microphone for acute (dzimarzio, that's what I did) and with the most complete guitar.

    NOTICE GLOBAL

I have a fender strat mexico for 7 years. I have several electric guitar, and I confess that to play the blues, and rock70 is that I take the most. Quality price ratio is amazing Verily, to suddenly not intRet Verily buy a Fender us. In short, I counsel all lovers of blues and rock 70 through against metaleux for the hard rocker, and a fan of distortion power, better take something else like epiphone!

I was changed from Fat 50's and it's something else. Classic series 5O's and 50's Fat one can doubt its going to sound but the point is !!! this is crazy! Here we go on the true sound Strat (Jimi Hendrix, straite say ...). Ac bridge pickup is happening even on rockabilie / Surf very super cool vintage limits its telecaster (very very sparkling treble).

    Keeping score is top notch.

    OVERALL OPINION

It'm 6 years old, I changed the pickups it two months ago and I rediscovered!
I change the white pickguard for a 3-layer pickguard Turtel and it's completely finished.
The refinement of origin are pretty poor, you have changed many things, primarily the pickguard is the badgamme home badgamme (one layer). And effect, Vintage / Antique microphone is super cheep ac this white pickguard ...
However the mechanics are superb. and the handle is really amazing!
I've always been attached to this color and this guitar!

There I a skyscraper of berserk! it is perfect! I have tried several (telecaster, strat Southwestern standard, even strat US) but lack of face to that price level ... Now she has the face and sound this guitar but you have changed a lot of things ! the final ca make a guitar in your 900 euros but after a Fender at the top of the top!

It is, like all Statocaster, light, handy, ergonomic, easy to play, short quite successful.
The technical back for the microphones that are absolutely the same that equip Mexican Standard. If an intermediate position, there is a sound close to U.S. positions that activate only one of the three microphones are not entirely satisfactory. The pickup points a highly acidic character did not like me.
Nevertheless we can still say that this is a great violin detail because this guitar makes it quite reasonable and some change, so that this microphone.

    SOUNDS

The sounds are generally good especially as I wrote above, the intermediate positions: microphones handle / middle and middle / bridge. But lower on the other three positions.
Tone selectors do their job but the electronics is not the strong point of this Strat: it "buzzes" a lot. We must practice good insulation cavities mics if you want to use without too much noise positions "micro alone" and a fortiori of distortion pedals.

    OVERALL OPINION

I have kept this model shortly despite some changes had improved considerably. I then owned a American Standard, American Texas Special ue, a Deluxe American and Clapton signature. Is it worth noting that the Mexican was well below 4 other Strat?
For lovers of vintage AND handyman.

Did a fair classical training, been playing guitar & bass for 35 years, drums for 30 years, sound-engineering and producing for about 20 years. Musical tates are varied; basically well-written songs will usually work for me. I love electric blues, indie, jazz, the list goes on.

I was looking to replace an old Squier Strat I had (stupidly) sold, around April 2006. Played loads of guitars - as you do - and knew I'd get on fine with this guitar within a minute or two. Bought new in London for 400 GBP.

Straight out-of-the-box It feels like it's 30 years old! The pickups (staggered Alnico magnets) sound brilliant. It has that unique and wonderful 'spanky' signature Strat sound, without having…

Straight out-of-the-box It feels like it's 30 years old! The pickups (staggered Alnico magnets) sound brilliant. It has that unique and wonderful 'spanky' signature Strat sound, without having to wait five years playing it in. All the plastic parts - pickup covers, knobs and toggle swith - look nicely yellowed as if aged. The honey-coloured neck seems an old-fashioned shape - Fender call it "soft v-shape" and plays as sweet as anything The retro lacquer is beautiful. The thing that strikes me every time I play the guitar is how it just doesn't feel like a new guitar at all - fantastic.

Colour choice. At the time I got it options were limited to Fiesta Red (mine) or a very surfy light blue colour, but now it's also available in black or a sunburst. But this merely an aesthetic point and therefore hardly a legitimate gripe! Make no mistake: this is a genuine player's instrument.

Build is at least as good as USA-made Fenders, actually I'd say it is better - if some of the new S1's I played are anything to go by. (horrible) From the many many guitars I tried I think the USA-made guitars seem to suffer from patchy quality-control, whereas the Mexican stuff I tried all seems to be consistently top-notch. Personally I don't get the "US-made-snobbery" that seems to be going around. The Mexican instruments rock, period. MInd you, the favourite guitar I own is an early 1990's Japanese Strat which everyone who plays it mysteriously want to buy or steal....

Obviously everyone who has ever played an electric guitar should experience a Strat at some point in life. Whether looking for your first, replacing a loved guitar now past for whatever reason, or simply adding to the collection; try one. Then be prepared to want it, because it's a true Fender Strat for a lot less cash than one with "Made in USA" stamped on the headstock. Or could that just be Fender cashing-in on the snobbery thing? Play it yourself then go figure.

I bought a Mexican build '50s classic at a music store in Newcastle, Australia in 1999 for about $1500 AUS which at the moment is about$800 US. I played the demo one and really dug the pure strat sound it made.

    What I like??
    The neck pickup tone!!!

You know that really rich, full sort of 'tubey' strat neck pickup tone, well this Mexican has it in bundles. Lately I've been getting into licks that sound a bit like Beck's work from Young Guns 2, using the out of phase bridge/middle combo' and this sounds really cool as well.

The one significant shortcoming of this guitar is the background pickup noise. This would only bother you in a studio though, because it while it's noticeable, it probably wouldn't bother you on stage.

I checked the display model very throughly in the shop (a daphne blue one) and found some slight flaws on the fretboard lacquer. The one I bought (surf green) has no faults though. Overall, this guitar has a good quality of finish. It holds tune very well; in fact it is more stable than a Strat Ultra I had a few years ago...

Well, I was looking to get back into playing after a 7 year hiatus. Back when I was playing in a weekend covers band I had an '88 Jap' Strat; (lifeless, sterile, thin, these words come to mind), and a '91 Strat Ultra; (very, very playable). I was plugging on to the obligatory Marshall, through a TS-9 Tube Screamer. I was trying to get that rich sort of Eric Johnson tone; (Ah Via Musicom). The Ultra came pretty close too I spose'... These days I'm running this Mexican straight through a '74 Twin Reverb, and when I can I turn it up loud... She's Sweet ...

    Ahhhhhhhhhhh Stratocasters...

At the moment my tastes in tone lean towards Hendrix's cleaner stuff, Eric Johnson (still!!) and Robert Cray. This instument has enough tonal flexibility to generate sounds that come very close to these guys (but some of that has to be due to the Twin as well I spose')...

I have started saving for an original vintage, and I'll probably end up with a '60s model, but until then, this guitar more than satisfies my need for that clean, rich classic Stratocacster tone.

It aint' an original, but geez' the difference is minimal.
If you can't afford a vintage right now, try one of these, money really well spent I reckon.

    OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 3 months now which allows me to compare with the classic player 50s.
    - Of the difference in density of wood, microphones, sound is drier, less intimate, more suitable to the music that kind Shadows classic player 50s
    - But this guitar suffers from a default, the string spacing of the bridge, 56.4 mm which is much too high E on loan from the edge of the handle, the classic player 50s is 52.4 mm, 4 mm and less is huge and much nicer!!
It involves changing the entire vibrato bridge, and then good luck, because even at Fender they do not know what they are selling and therefore what amounts or does not rise on a specific model.
Most dealers either, one must look abroad to find the right information.
But know, for example, That a vibrato with screws apart to 56.4, with 52.4 strings are not colored gold, or Fender, or among the many accessory manufacturers.
For information on this subject, contact me.

It is the color I wanted, fiesta red, but as to make a choice, for a few dollars more, take a classic player 50s

The handle is certainly not the fastest but is nevertheless comfortable. Key stocky, not everyone likes forcment. I found a trs enjoyable: the sound is pretty slamming and incisive. CHAC is most acute for simple (even for those with small fingers, which is not my case ...). In terms of form, it is a Start then the comfort is outstanding and it is not heavy trs. His little weakness is in the pickups hum (but it's a default that I love) and for pnibles with a jack Rapco, we arrive attnuer the snoring. So we trs sound that is not correct and the sound of everyone.

    SOUNDS

To play the Buckley is awfully good! Red for hot, Ben Harper, Hendrix, Clapton, it's great! I play with a Marshall MG100DFX. For those who love reggae and ska, you'll be happy with the bridge pickup. In distortion, with the neck pickup or central (and with the serious tone), you will have a well rock. If you or your mtal fan of Hard Rock, this guitar is not for you, but if you like blues or rock, you'll have fun. For my part, I love the micro central: just playing the Tone I get to review many styles totally DIFFERENT. Obviously cettte guitar should not be versatile enough for some, but I have several guitars prfre which are excellent in their fields plutt one that is not on top of everywhere, but this is notice that all staff and questionable.

    OVERALL OPINION

I've had a little over 3 months and I rflchi almost 1 year before you buy! This guitar has a really me, not as MODEL standard (for example, I had tried before acqurir it) and it really makes one with me and it Rasht if I had to make another choice. I hsit with several MODELS with single coil pickups (guitar with 2 doubles Pipelines Limited for later) The price may be a little lev (700) for some, the qualitprix report it may be the best and is certainly not versatile enough for some of you but it's even a good guitar trs (and is guaranteed for 5 years like all models Fender)
Last point: change the strings right away because these backgrounds are not a good sound trs.

These guitars come with three single coil pickups, a volume control knob, and two tone control knobs and a 5 way pick up selector. There's not a whole lot of extra electronics and switches in different push pull knobs or controls. She's very simple and very basic which gets you pretty much the best tone possible.

    Maple fingerboard

    Vintage-style synchronized tremolo
Master volume, neck pickup tone control, middle pickup tone control
    Fender Ping vintage-style tuners
    Chrome hardware
    1-ply white 8-hole pickguard
    Aged knobs and switch tip
    Synthetic bone nut

    SOUNDS

These guitar sounds fantastic anyw where you put them in in, such as a clean setting medium setting or higher gain amplifier setting. They have such a great feel and a great tone and are extremely versatile from genre to genre of music. I primarily like the tone of the Fender Stratocaster with a nice high again amplifier such as a Marshall JMP amplifier. They will sound good no matter how you run them or if you have a multiple effects processors or rack units or a giant pedal board going into an amp. These guitars will give you exactly what you give it and the dynamics are fantastic.

    OVERALL OPINION

These guitars are very easily found in the used classifieds online anywhere such as eBay or other classifieds on guitar forms and even most online retailers or music shops will carry these guitars. Sometimes they vary from neck to neck so I suggest trying out a few to find out which style that you prefer. They also come in arrangement of different pick ups and colors so there is a lot of options to choose from. I highly recommend this guitar to anyone is looking for a great versatile instrument to record or play gigs with.

tampering in the regulation of the guitar and those of the amp, you get a roughly have any sound imaginable ...
crystalline sounds like I love a balance Excellent ... in short, that happiness

    OVERALL OPINION

I've had two weeks. and I do not yet found him lacking, even for a Mexican, a plate from a screw put through, but hey, I'm not fussy ...
I tried full of stratabound and is the one that captivated me. There's been the trigger when I had a sound gilmourien
value for money is excellent, 700 euros in cover with two jacks, not the shit too!
I buy a replacement without hesitation, but can be with a rosewood fingerboard

    SOUNDS

Each style, but all self-respecting blues must admit that the Fender Stratocaster from home, have a handle incredible !!!!!! The shape and weight make this a scratch :-) extencsion the human body. Accompanies an old amp lamp (not need a very powerful amplifier: 20w suiffisent) you get the sounds of the most recognized histroie blues. Amplifiers with more recent and more powerful types marshall 100w, you will get a clear sound Excellent. an incomparable crunch, but for a game on a very pusissant distortion, it's the same. To take advantage of this stratum with a powerful distortion, it must be equipped with a dual microphone for the treble (dzimarzio is what I did) and you with the most scratch complte.

    OVERALL OPINION

I have a Fender Stratocaster Mexico for 7 years. I have several electric guitar, and I confess that playing the blues, and the rock70 is that I take most often. Quality price ratio is incredible, the coup Intrets not really buy a fender us. In short, I counsel all fans of blues and rock 70, cons for metal, hard rocker, and a fan of distortion in power, is better to take something else like epiphone!

    UTILIZATION

Handle all the more enjoyable coating the slides are fast enough, however, by the time the handle can parraitre drier and can generate when you are surprised, if not a big problem. access to acute is correct as easy as on the 60's because of this last is not as wide curves. very good ergonomics reasonable weight, atention to the wood of poplar, alder is good you have to like wearing heavy but it's not a gibson either. for his advice I changed a potentiometer see your electronic component dealer they will sell you good quality if you ask, and yes the sound passes by, by changing the settings can have a thinner you! ahaahh the right sound! is the stratum must master if not three quarters of people will have the same sound you must spend time goes on more time and I am more and more about the ass that I shall say the contaire puff spend time on your back and after strat! 10/10 not because the rest is in your finger.

    SOUNDS

Style pop rock jazz blues and all that you can try mixing to venture into fusion with a hendrix always has the recipe or the way blues clapton god Grat this for me completely. I play with a Peavy classic 30 with a TS9 but traffickers and my vox wha converted into a sort of Clyde McCoy and king wha (wink to those who imagine that it can make) and a fuzz with a sound property has made me a hand with germanium in and a lot of time to adjust the sound as it takes to find ouff done. after all in a clear sound but it kills Grat is not to be judged is that you play on it eh! The settings are classic pickup without the intermediary and the neck pickup a lot more interesting over looking good combination you can switch between the serious and sour ASEZ has a hollow sound, neck pickup position and tone and tone1 sur4 2 sur6 only go through the microphone you will see.

    OVERALL OPINION

I have 4 years since I gave it a name then you know it's a great history between us, what I like least is the bridge pickup but your imagination to find something else I like her and I did not give my recipe, because without a tone for this micro everyone is a little handicapped, but with effects over everyone has a sound, a cort j'aieut SL2800 before the first Grat super model but will remain a Start a Start is like comparing a stratovolcano and a TV is not demand the same things, value for money there is no break of sugar possibility in two fender fender it rings or it does not ring but the collection classic series and very honest and I weigh my words, I already try a 70's and some people better than us, choosing without hesitation

This choice does east by two factors, firstly the User's rewiew of ste amricain Harmony-central, where all the pickups available on the market are subject to review and secondly, by the simple IDE that strats "Amrican vintage" teams are those microphones.
I wanted the pure vintage effect is that the twang with grain and a level of output that does not have that food grain, so a low output ...
Fender micro runissant CEZ CHARACTERISTICS Manir the most straightforward are 57/62, with coeficient K is the lowest: 5.6K.
followed by "69", then "54", the Fat 50 ', the Tex mexs specially and finally Texas.
More information on these microphones are available in the 2004 Fender Frontline.
Obviously we RVers to test so-same all these products but we must make a choice.
I knew well the fabulous dj texas spcial francs for their characters and expressive,
but I wanted to find the "thinness" of the 50 sounds.
This is done, these mics offer the crystal that dcline the handle to the bridge with a perfect harmony.
The off phases are reminiscent Clapton, and the positions filled plutt hendrix Little Wing.
For the record, this guitar has turned an evening of beef in the hands of four pro guitarist who never stopped dressing on it like this:
    - "Damn, this scraper is made to play the hendrix"
And that before starting the grandiose title of Manir.
So if you find that your Classic SERIES 50 '50 is not enough, Do not hesitate to give it 57/62, you will not regret it.
On the other hand, I changed my amp, I play a dsormais DELUXE REISSUE 65 lamps, which is essential to render this type of microphones.

    UTILIZATION

Saddle-handle a pice trs be enjoyable and more enjoyable Aesthetics.
Frtage-vintage (mini jumbo), in either trs enjoyable, but finishing with the key is not always on top (but not overnight the quality of the game -
Mine is surf-green, a color called "vintage". Varnishes are less pais (and therefore softer) than varnishes that can be found on amricaines (except for Highway 1), so attention to micro shocks.
Mechanical-vintage, less prcise as oil baths, but this guitar is meant to replicate the sensation of at least 50'...( they take reasonable agreement trs.).
-They are good at a price stratocaster raisonnable.j 'have two classic reissue MODELS 50 and 60.
The slap 50 more than the 60 given the rosewood fingerboard, but the diffrence is not Determines and your choice should not hang this level.
Note that 60 is close enough prs another of my team of Texas Special Start, to the point that I abandoned the ide of the upgrade level.
For the 50, not upgrade, unless you have some money thrown out the windows, the hardware itself is sufficient.
Trs good for blues rock gnral.
micro, individual, full sound and round and round cot trs acid bridge (the neck pickup is a little steep, but only in excellent positions mix.Les phase inversion are good anything less pronounced funky with modern microphones

    SOUNDS

    Blues-rock or country-swamp.
-Fender with a hybrid in 1993 (field 25 SE) is not a roland MODELLING mal.Avec is good, but I think these guitars must give their full measure of amps lamps.
In short, we walk between Knopfler and Buddy Guy, the sound is saturated in blues or rock trs according micros.Amateur large selection of sound, pass your chemin.c is a guitar for the crunch and subtle trs sounds crystal clear.

    OVERALL OPINION

I played the last two year now and I alternate with my shameless amricaines (+ Start, Lone Star and squier 84). These guitars stand comparison in terms of sound.
however, the finishes are a little below and microphones to be central MRIT rewire in phase inversion, for less hum.
-I am familiar with Stratocasters and for me the classic SERIES 50 and 60 is a matter of knowing that the best The series is the Sunburst guitar (alder), while others are poplars.
Mine are, and poplar trs sound good (I wanted the colors vintage).. In memory of Jimmie Vaughan Start is peulier tl and the Tim Burton.
-If you are not manic at certain finishes, you want the vintage without breaking the bank, it is a good investment and you can always upgrade the pickups with the Arequipa Amrican vintage series for 310 outside installation.

    UTILIZATION

The thing I loved at first contact with damme is the handle, the two dove-cots trs. It is calle perfectly between the pads with U-shape
Like many of strata, it has only 21 frets so no problem to walk across the set.
The vibrato is a well hold the height at which it is allowed, there is not a fish it out every time.
Its weight is far from excessive.
Personal I did not see what was the role pottard tone of the environment and I always leave one on 10 (high) because otherwise the sound is puffy in the middle pickup. However in the bridge position, treble singlent sometimes a little and it must then get off at 5 or 0 (especially at high volume).
I also leave the volume as background in the first half of the cource is void and then ente 5 and 8, the food sustain. So a 10 forever.
The same time it leaves no possibility for the 50 parameters, we easily find its bearings.

    SOUNDS

The sound is amazing! The sound is warm, slightly more "telecasterienne" a strat-style highway or a std mexico, vintage trs.
I play classic rock and I am a height of hendrix pink floyd led zep through and I forget. There are sounds clear round trs trs or more metal but soft, not harsh for ca. It trs crunch well and each note of an agreement stands. It responds well to distos trs (as long as it is by distos metal, though ...), sounds trs aves own a beautiful sustain and a nice potato. It's clean, metals it is not for you. A beautiful sound trs trs enjoyable.
However the pickups a little sizzle but not trs annoying.

    OVERALL OPINION

I've had about 10 months and I am beginning ravi.Au I test a highway and a classic 60 '. I found the highway too metal and I was leaning more towards the 60 'which was the warmest and one day a salesperson told me "I have the 50' too." Then I thought "why not go" and APRS have loved the grip, I scratched once and loved it even hotter than the 60 '. After 2 minutes, I said I would buy it without hsiter. Excellent qualitprix (700 euros) being given the quality of the intrument. I play on a pramp boss gx 700, and even if it has aged well, there are ways to find good sounds, cot amp, I have a marshall 30dfx and shit it, it sounds good (the preamp of a epeu ratrape gx 700) but I had the opportunity to test it on tube amps (Hiwatt Custom, fender bassman 59 and Vibrolux) and ca harmonizes to perfection whether for potatoes HIWATT or the heat of the bassman.
I do it again this choice without hsiter.
