1 locked asio drivers?
i am new to the forum thing and all help will be appreciated. i've got an edirol fa 101 when trying to select the asio drivers in any program it fails. i got the messages "invalid asio driver" "asio driver is locked or being used by another program" i have reason loaded and can make it work using output 2-10 and the midi in out through works fine but the asio drives just have the little cross next to them. im completely stumped and really need some help. all advice welcome.

just let people know i tried reinstalling and it didnt work so i did system restore(deleated loads of crap) and then reinstalled and now its ok but i never found out the route of the problem. software corruption? i dont know but i hope this might help someone else even if i never know why it happened.
