Hello!

I've had this issue where my audio and cuts out at random times and start crackling when playing high volume. When I'm listening to a song, watching a video or even when I leave my desk for 10 mins, the audio cuts out. I've had this issue ever since I bought my new audio interface (Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 (2nd Gen) and I've been in contact with their support 12 times, but we haven't found a solution and it's driving me crazy. I've optimised my PC, installed a new BIOS and chipset.

I would DEEPLY appreciate some help here, since it has bugged me for weeks with endless conversations, but no success.
