UTILIZATION

Ultra simple, a knob that could be better? (More or less!)

SOUND QUALITY

There are pedals which we discover the usefulness and strength after only a few months: I bought this pedal to boost my clean Jet Lag 500 single coil and fat to give the distortion of my amp with my Les Paul . So I like it should be for a boost pedal, put the bug in my chain after the guitar and before attacking the guitar input. The result was ... blah ... too low and it sounded rough, short I wanted to sell ... and my favorite store told me "you've tried in the effects loop?" Nope I was 100 places to think about trying it. And then today I tried and then I got it! This pedal is in my opinion not really a clean boost or a treble boost but as the name suggests (I'm con) a "Linear Power Booster" so "linear" so that all frequencies increases linearly so perfect for the final signal booster. And there is a killer: the pedal sends sauce ++ directly in well hot lamps of the power stage of my Laboga Classic 30, makes saturate nicely and adds a few db of course (this is the least we can tell) without distorting the sound at all (that is linear as I recall) to swing a perfect solo with a raging Les Paul, great to boil too wise start ...

OVERALL OPINION

I wanted to finally sell I care.

This is a very effective boost in terms of DB because when it boost, boost it.
I think I have never exceeded the Moitiers the knob.

The Case is the Nano (slimcase, so very practical walking everywhere, strong and effective).

UTILIZATION

The use is very simple, knob boost that increases DB and put in a click, a solo before.

SOUND QUALITY

While the interest of this pedal is the small size, the practice, but beware boost a big flaw, in my opinion, it colors the sound too bcp therefore very negative point when you want to keep the good work, and just the boost because it will distort all your work.

But it is in my opinion a good quality / price ratio malgrés all, because 25 € used it its not stolen.

OVERALL OPINION

The general opinion is that there is some better bcp but beware the prices varied very quickly so I also sincerely believe that everything will depend on the usefulness of this little machine, if you want the sound of your life (get the path and saved for a more transparent and less modifies the EQ sound, but if you are looking for a cheap boost, which gives DB when you want and you're not fussed about perfection sound, Dark ...

SOUND QUALITY

Not entirely clear, it tends to add bass and midbass, but it gives a little color not bad.

on the other hand, not very progressive knob: 9am, it boosts a little below it lowers the volume at 10 it is more violent and beyond it boosts a lot (perhaps too)

I use it especially coupled with my Celmo Sardine Can (compressor), which has a built-in boost allows for a slight crunch, the LPB allows me to increase it to a crunch very very hairy. (What a frank saturation)

OVERALL OPINION

Good value for money. Nothing to say, it's effective. The lack of transparency may hinder some, but not as long as we boost a patient is not dramatic either.

Booster guitar. A switch (noisy) to trigger the effect, a knob "boost" dose to effect. simple and efficient, all in a compact and robust.

UTILIZATION

No need for manual, simply assay the effect depending on the desired level. on the other hand, the switch is noisy, a "click" being heard CHARACTERISTICS each press. considering the price, it is surprising gure, but hey, it's the only parliaments of use with the knob, even when they have been treating this essential!

SOUND QUALITY

The sound reproduction dpend greatly from the location where you place it in your chaining effects. For my part, I just place my APRS strata, while beginners chain to compensate for the diffrence between this gain and my dernire LP. In this case, the effect is completely transparent, Fidler reproducing the color of the guitar sound, content to bring him PCHE.

APRS, I tried to put my APRS distos and my wah, and a default increases the cry of my baby, ie boost the treble and high mdiums for r RESULT plutt ugly as too garish. Indeed, this transparent pedals just to amplify the signal of what lies ahead, including quality and default.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a month, and it matches my expectations and I use to know him assign offset the Difference in level between my LP and my Start without constantly having to play on my pedals volume. SOUND QUALITY

Personally, I have not seen coloring the sound.
I use a Peavey Classic 30, with a Telecaster and an old Ibanez SB70.

OVERALL OPINION

I have since about two months. I have not tried other model. I was looking for a boost and did not want to ruin me. Good pick.
The quality / price is not bad at all.
I would do without any problems this choice without saying that I will not try other brands.

This is a booster could not be more simple, with a potentiometer to adjust the boost level precisely.
The series in Nano Electro Harmonix takes the classic effects of the brand, but in a smaller metal box, with the obligation to remove the 4 screws behind to remove the batteries. Cheaper but less convenient.

UTILIZATION

With only one pot, it's hard to be simpler. I recommend with tube amps to put this in the loop to obtain a much better result.

SOUND QUALITY

I use it with Orange tube amps, the dual terror and Rockerverb, with guitars solid body types with double coils. Basically, this pedal allows me
1. to have a crunch channel as well as a clear channel and a saturated, when the pedal is pressed on the clean channel.
2. to act as a booster on the solo channel in full.

OVERALL OPINION

I have been using less than a year, and I am very happy. The boosters need to be simple and effective, this one fits perfectly.

This pedal is monstrous it gives a terrible power.

OVERALL OPINION

I've had 15 days.

I have tried many models for more than 80 euros and 28 euros boom happiness.

Excellent value for money I would do this choice.

EDIT: huge mass problem ... she almost farted my speakers! good repair, but beware! absolutely huge buzz!

SOUND QUALITY

The volume is not super progressive, up to a quarter of the race there and nothing happens beyond it starts to boost frankly.

I use it between my pedals and amp for solo passages to increase the volume.

It adds a little gain to the input of the amp, I find it slightly dirty sound that is really not a problem in live use.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for about two years.

Like its effectiveness and price.

If I were doing the same budget I will start again without hesitation.

With a little more money I'll look for a pedal instead of approaching Rangemaster)
