UTILIZATION

While not being a fan evenings poring over his pedals to get the sound I'm happy with this pedal.

A volume knob would have been welcome anyway.

SOUND QUALITY

So yes with only one knob the sound palette is thin ... well not that much and for my use (like most of my pedals) pedal once I settled down more.
So the sound I get is very pretty with a setting on the knob to the depth and 1/4 is the perfect companion for my arpeggios or other gentle walks.

OVERALL OPINION

I have not had the opportunity to test many chorus pedal but for the price this one suits me perfectly, simple and effective really are two words to remember this pedal.
I still put 8 to size and volume knob.

good bah no surprises, it's a chorus, ie the pedal creates a slight vibrato on his slow and adds it to his ineffective. (Not to be confused with the flanger and there it is late and not pitch) fully analog. attention, like most EHX pedals old, the PSU is a dedicated jack! not worth buying one purpose power supply, adapters exist (it remains still 9 volts)

SOUND QUALITY

gibson firebird tried with a studio and a lag rev'70 arkanne 200 micro split config. in clean air the sound is exactly like what one would expect this kind of pedal. pedal colors the sound a bit, amplifying the higher harmonics, which is not displeasing. into overdrive then it's great! ALL you can do ANYTHING with it!! light of the chorus to chorus halucinant andy summer of kurt cobain!

OVERALL OPINION

this pedal for me, but not necessarily to you. must try and store it for one reason: the adjustment of depth is actually a switch, which means that at depth effect we are left with two "preset". you have to check if they are right for you. know that there are a lot of mods to add settings this pedal ...

UTILIZATION

The configuration could not be more simplistic a big knob "Rate" to set the frequency, and a switch "Depth".
I got easily the sound I wanted (Metallica Welcome Home Sanitarium and Nothing Else Matters) without needing the manual.
However the settings are too little variety in contrast to the model or Boss Jacques Stompboxes, which can interfere with some versatility of the beast.

SOUND QUALITY

I use my Small Clone Fender Telecaster with a Gibson SG Std or Std on a Marshall Stack or Valbee (in my apartment).
The clean sound is really magnified by the Small Clone, soft, mysterious. It's really beautiful.
When the switch "Depth" is activated you get a sound to the limit of the flanger sound that gives a very unhealthy, which is uncomfortable. It's pretty creepy, so very good to attract attention and create an atmosphere. Coupled to a feedback distortion in it a warning rather interesting effect.
Really excellent.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for three months, it became the companion of my clean sounds.
I have not had the opportunity to try another before, but I am satisfied in terms of its robustness and sound quality.
Perhaps this choice again before I tested models and Jacques Boss that look very good and they offer more settings (thus more versatility).

Indeed one available: the chorus. Switch and one knob.

Here, no complicated thing, it's simple, a guitar input, an output amplifier, a connector for the power supply and that's it.

It is a rugged, somewhat bulky, not necessarily very well finished (I find the battery cover not practical, it is very far from the ease of opening a Boss here, the screwdriver is needed ...).

The knob is large and usable at the foot.

UTILIZATION

It's simple, you plug and turning the knob and the switch that changes the sound a bit, there's not many hacks possible.

"Manual" reduced to an absolute minimum.

SOUND QUALITY

It is his strong point. We obtain an analog chorus, warm, well presented and who alone gives something interesting. For me this is one of the most beautiful but very few versatile.

I use it with my Les Paul, my ESP and my Laney amp.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a few days (although I have known him for 15 years). I love the sound quality, very warm and beautiful, I like less the lack of versatility and settings. It is not suitable for all types of songs is fairly limited.

The value for money is good, it's a mid-priced pedal, solid and should last.

I think we should try before you buy because it is a special chorus that does not necessarily agree with metalheads example. I am happy because I have a near Boss CE5, but if I had to choose only one, it is not obvious, it would lean more towards Boss.
