UTILIZATION
- To better apprcier the capabilities of the device (and especially the particular rglage rle "Response") will not be the luxury of consulting the user manual online site that Carl Martin proposes several steps by expressing pRSET of sounds (the manual that came with the pedals is diffrend and less comprehensive).
- The edition of the sounds is pretty easy, I took over a dj patch about in the instructions and I then adapted in 5 minutes I had found my first preset.
SOUND QUALITY
The effect is trs effective, means diffrence right away even with small compression ratios. The sound becomes "full", some frquences become much more audible which magnifies the sound vritablement
We realize change when the sound is cut because the effect does not affect or bypass the TRS bit original sound, very practical to work with precision. For my part I let the effect "on" constantly, the device is used primarily to compress me subtly and make the sound more and homogne further.
Whereas this compressor is the best format compressor pedals by a bunch of guitarists and bass players (on Harmony Central, 35 users note the sound quality 9.2 out of 10).
OVERALL OPINION
Trs efficient compressor, before I used to have the compressor Intgr the digitech GSP 2101 vritablement I love the Carl Martin is the road without problem from my ct old compressor.
I had a few years ago a Boss compressor sustainer CS3, which is frankly infrieur.
The Carl Martin is quite CHRE: about 200 euros, but we're not flying on the goods.
