ES 335 copy by Peavy, color tabaco nice burst, gold finish, pulling up strings hard enough.
2 humbuckers, bridge tunomatic, rglages type Les Paul and company.

UTILIZATION

Channel nice, I'm not a fan of this kind of string is but hey ca change.
Access in acute comfortable (thanks to DC).

SOUNDS

I tested it in stores on a Valvestate, well it's nice to clean, as the microphone for serious jazz that swept Acute agreements or type reggae-funk.
OD 1 not bad either but I've seen better on other brands MODELS, it sounds kind ES 335 but it lacks even when PCHE. The neck pickup is trs draft.
DO 2 is not gnial, trs forcment draft, it's true that it is good not for the big Satus but again I heard better with other brands for same price.

Test store 20 minutes.
I am looking for a copy of ES 335 500 euros, I tried a test and I'm looking Shumberg a Hagstrom, the better off Shumberg I got.

Nice and clean in saturated lgre, but There's really better. A vacuum it sounds a little plastic trs is not enjoyable.

D handle it seems to me, not a model of comfort to play with the thumb on top, but hey, we made it anyway.

The key is rosewood, 22 frets well polished, but not binding over-the freight!

UTILIZATION

The guitar is quite heavy (more than my Les Paul), I was tired at the end of last repeat, but I had a very fine webbing may be wider than it would be more comfortable.

SOUNDS

I was looking for a guitar type 335 because I had fallen in love with a Gibson, but I did not have the budget ...

There are very clearly the grain of the guitar, certainly not with so many grahou and harmonic richness, but it's cool!

I played it plugged into a JCM 2000 on clean (not a reference in this area), but with OD808 for a creamy overdrive.

The sounds are really convincing! Unfortunately I have not tried other 335 in this price range, but I had a nice presence of microphones, it seems to me entirely correct plugged into an amp that respects himself, and did not need be changed, at least I do not feel the need yet.

The knobs seem to work pretty well, I get a great blues sound fat on the neck pickup, tone diminished, it's great! The microphone is a bridge a particular grain, very AC / DC, the sauce Malcolm.

Note that I have mounted a 11-56 game, great casting move, so it must contribute to the fact that it sounds good, and that the mechanics take the bends etc..

Otherwise, empty, she projects a lot, but it's true it sounds a little plastic (previous review).

I do not think we can say that it is versatile, but it reflects the idea that I had of this type of guitar, and for the price, I like it!

OVERALL OPINION

I bought used some time ago for 115 €, which is a good price I think. So, I have plenty for my money!

After, I have not tried the competition, so I can not compare, but it is 6 years since I played, and a lot of guitars I have passed through the hands, I think for the price I paid thereof, and the pleasure it gives me, it will remain a time ... until I have the means to the original!

on the other hand, it's not a guitar that I would advise to plug in a bad amp ... It must be able to give its full potential!

UTILIZATION

The handle is quite large (more than my Gibson Firebrand), but we made it very quickly. It is slightly curved, again it is surprising at first. Mother of pearl inlay (this is not "dods") it's more "class".
22 frets, you can easily reach up to 16 or 17 (it's better than the Les Paul!)
What baffles the most is the size of the fund, when playing standing. We must review its position! Seated, this poses no problem.
Another pleasant surprise is the quality of the microphones. I was expecting the "cheap", but no, they are quite excellent. Admittedly, this is not very high end, but it is very convincing: its clean, easily obtained with the jazzy sound serious, and his blues roots with enough treble. Once you put a bit of overdrive, it sounds pat "stoniens, 70s and even AC / DC if you push the drive.

SOUNDS

I bought it to complement a variety of sounds besides my Gibson Firebrand and my Stat, without putting a fortune (with his Epiphone Sheraton exaggerating!) And I'm not disappointed: it gives me the sounds that I expected, with a wider range of sounds than I thought. What more!

OVERALL OPINION

In short: a good hollow body, well finished, with microphones more than correct.
In addition it is sunburst in sublime!
