Did you try many other models before getting this one?
I tested the Seymour Duncan SH-8 (invaders) besides the original pickups on my Ibanez.

Of acute severe beating up that take the road well! Many people told me that for my guitar (Ibanez GRG170DXL) I would put a stone in water with high quality wood ect ect .... And finally it has literally changed my guitar! While the microphones do not perhaps their max with my guitar low end but still
.
Perhaps the least ..... amp mandatory change my poor MG15 not support the beast .. sniff.
Choice to repeat as necessary!
