United states guitar made with all wood that go: AA grade Sitka Table solid back and sides solid maple. Key a priori (after Gibson), but given the rosewood color and touch sensation was the ebony input Thurs
In addition to the acoustic qualities one also has a Fishman Ellipse Aura preamp fine (using four models mixable with the sound of the guitar)

UTILIZATION

Handle immediately seduced me with its crown-shaped marks that arrow out the course and exceptional feel. No cutaway but the junction box is the 14th case and frankly it is not a handicap in chorus.

UTILIZATION

Handle immediately seduced me with its crown-shaped marks that arrow out the course and exceptional feel. No cutaway but the junction box is the 14th case and frankly it is not a handicap in chorus.

SOUNDS

Seven years that I had a Martin HD28 and although the balance of this guitar is great I have never been convinced by the bass. No more feeling with the handle and chorus notes sound good but not to my taste.
As soon as I put fingers on the J200 it was the revelation of superb bass, well balanced with a sonority very different from Martin, a handle immediately joussif and notes in the chorus that take time and ring of death.
Brief guitar I expected!
The sound is powerful and very large (unlike Martin Taylor series but also 4 and Takamine that sound good but with all his "narrow").

OVERALL OPINION

I recently but I loose more this guitar. Both the HD28 remained mostly in its holster as the Gibson has not finished taking the air!
But it is a very personal opinion, knowing I played with the fingers in a jazz fusion style.
Now playing Led Zed open C or Dadgad or Irish folk the Martin HD28 is the true sound.
Advice, even if it is not always easy in the province, try Max guitars before buying one, even if it is a pure myth!
