OVERALL OPINION

I've used it for 5 years in my home studio for vocals and some guitar takes.
It is my first real mic, so I don't have any reference to compare it to.
Before the SC450, I had a Sennheiser MD 43 and I must say it's like night and day...
Vocals are picked up fine and the reproduction is dynamic, with no or almost no coloration. I think it's pretty versatile for use with different types of vocals and musical styles.
This product is a real bombshell, given its price and, especially, the contents of the box.
Not only would I buy it again, I also recommend it to anyone who wants a good mic to start his or her home studio with the right foot.

OVERALL OPINION

This is the first such micro I have. But for the price (99 euros), I think its remarkable performance. As an amateur home studio, it suits me perfectly. The voices are perfect .... a real rgal.
If all the product of the brand T-bone are the same report qualitprix I Fully equip myself at home.

OVERALL OPINION

Used for three months:
- Excellent for saxophone + + + I'm on the ass of the quality of decision
- I like her less for voice (because of the bump top mediums I think), I think I'll take an Oktava MK319
- Also excellent for acoustic guitar ... it is highly directional, investments are easy

It's not a neumann course, but it is 100 euros! and for that price it's amazing the sound that comes out!

I have since this morning
the micro looks strong from both a selector (low blow and-10db), the bag and in my opinion more convenient than secure, but for the price the microphone and fully stocked with accessories.
This is the first microphone such that I have and frankly I'm not disappointed. I try with an acoustic, a percussionist and vocals. The sound and well reproduced, virtually no wind, I find that just low "drool" a little

OVERALL OPINION

I use this mic for about 3 months for equity leads. I felt the NCESS to buy it because of Behringer B2 PRO I used to record did not satisfy me. The B2 pro sounding more raw and more acidic. What I asked and more big problem when mixing. Clearly a sound (I got) too dsquilibr.
The SC450 has a t vritable rvlation to me at once of his decision took another dimension with respect to B2.
The sound became much more smooth and flowing balance. So, given the gain in quality, I r-recorded all the voices of the album!

At the time of mixing, the voices are much better and INSRE sound much more "pro" without giving the impression of having registered with a micro t 100!

Unable to compare the SC450 with other capacitor microphones (outside the B2 pro), I can not compare it with a Rode or otherwise. But I can attest that this microphone is largely the road and he is fully capable of providing quality sound "pro" for a price dfiant any competition. Although sr with Neumann win there again, but for the price of the SC450, you'll just suspend a U87 and TLM103 ...

I bought this microphone on the advice of other members Audiofanzine in full trust and I do not regret at all. You can also do so trust my advice and go for head down.

OVERALL OPINION

Used recently but many, with a pramplificateur Joemeek Three Q (which MRIT better). The INTERESTED with this microphone is the ratio qualitprix unbeatable. Less than 100 euros and not blowing, bravo! refunds are good despite a bump in lgre mdiums which is not a major problem. The box is handy. The suspension is dfend but for those who love it shake that the microphone (especially for a position in diving), they are due. Indeed if one sticks a little SC450 suspension stems come in contact with the edge of the grid ... Excellent first investment in the Contents. The next will be a little more and a little more pro, but on the SC450 nothing to say for such a price that's why I put 10/10, add 50 euros there and I put 7 / 10 .

I use it for over a year and I particularly appreciated.

Surely they must preamps that go with it. I use it with the built-Octane M-Audio Fast Track Ultra is just perfect for my use.

The sound is crisp, clear, direct and present. The record is very good, it does not color (too) the sound does not favor certain frequencies. What can I say?
