I preferred to buy in the U.S. so as to be on the guitar has not been disturbed by a dealer benevolent but who can not necessarily do so.
I found a site where large dealer Gibson mentioned the weight of the instrument (my concern LP) and detailed photos of the model sold, I had more chances to buy a guitar straight from the oven!

The 2006 that made me want to buy mine was also RichLite.
Side settings, I would have preferred an overall volume control instead of two individual, it's the same for all Les Paul, but it can change.
Difficult to do on the Supreme because it must pass through the plate jack!

UTILIZATION

This is a Les Paul, but supreme.
The average weight 9livres LP, but some 7.2 or 10livres.

SOUNDS

You want to play that goes with the sound of the guitar, and as a wide range is available, you can not stop.
What surprised me most is the side without acoustic amp, which allows working unplug.
Connected, plain neck pickup or both, it is a LP with more body, its close on Larry Carlton's 335. For big sound no surprise, it sends very strong. The LP that I had, luxury 68, 25/50 anniversary, custom shop85 Standard is the most versatile.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for two months.
For over fifty years since I played, I just tried everything. I still have a couple of guitars, but the Supreme does not duplicate in the park.
The icing on the cake is that you can work without the plug.
The beauty of the instrument itself is worth the price alone, then with SOUND more ...
With experience, I make this choice without hesitation.

I bought this unit at a guitar center in town. I thought it looked appealing and semed to ask me to buy it. So I went ahead and shelled out $850.

I like the high output on the humbuckers

The only thing I have to complain about is the body shape. if they made it single cutaway it would be better

The construction is solid and sturdy. When i first bought the unit it was nice and shinny, but after playing it its become a little worn.

I thought this was a great guitar for all levels of playing and the Humbuckers give out an amazing sound.

The Gibson Les Paul guitar is not flashy guitar and certainly not some sort of boutique guitar. Sometimes when they have the quilted or flamed maple tops they can get really gorgeous and exotic looking. But overall these guitars are meant to be played and meant to be used. But not really showroom pieces and collectors items really guitars are meant for the active and professional musicians. If a great time to great feel and overall and extremely versatile guitar.

SOUNDS


I really like the tone of these guitars with high gain amplifier in mind. Preferably I'd choose Marshall amplifier's because it seems to be just a great classic connection between this guitar and those amplifiers. It must be the voicing or just the overall chemistry of the two pieces of gear when they unite together. But they sounds so great together that it's very addicting tone to have on hand. The overall feeling I get when playing a Marshal or a high gain amp with a Les Paul is almost instant gratification. It is so smooth and full of tone that is almost impossible to put down.

OVERALL OPINION

You can find these guitars for right around $1899 in most guitar shops and online retailers. These are very cool guitars for the moment and a much improved step up from eh Studio models of the Gibson Les Paul guitars. I would recommended this guitar o anyone who doesn't need the cool flamed maple tops and still wants a rocking guitar without paying the Custom LP prices.

UTILIZATION

The handle is great. I had a standard etr I find a good already but we are a step up. Note slides perfectly.
CHAC in acute and very good. Warning, this is not a SG but a Les Paul.
The weight balance and very good despite weighing in itself a minor. Mieu worth well have a good wide strap.
The sound is easy to obtain.

SOUNDS

It suits perfectly to my games. a guitar plugged into the Marshall that "it
fun.
The sound is warm and wonderfully fatty. By lowering the volume a can, is obtained and blues sound

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a year. Unfortunately obliged to part with it causse money.
I look at her and it's much better than a standard.
Report qualitprix good but it's still the high end so it is paid.
I would do without this choice problem when the money will flow again.

UTILIZATION

My opinion is high praise I know but I tried many guitars before, and of all, ESP Eclipse ESP viper, Gibson LP Standard 2002 60's (which I very well but the level below) Gibson LP Custom, Lag Roxanne Floyd, XTSA Godin, PRS custom 22, therefore, very good guitars have their strengths and weaknesses, but not at the LP Supreme. I was blown away when I heard and when I played.
The value for money is still not terrible! it is super expensive especially in France! it is a shame! Of course you pay the brand but still!
I was forced by my wallet and my common sense (yes there's no strong cash cow!) To buy it abroad (Netherlands) to 1,100 euros less than in FRANCE!

With the experience I remake that choice even if I have to eat my legs for several ... and I hesitate to sell my other guitars to buy me another in order to bring in another tuning.
Frankly I am super fan of this guitar ... I love it!

Personal I have a les paul supreme "guitar of the week" autumn burst, they have not yet REFERENCE on the site so I class in the Supreme gnral paul.

OVERALL OPINION

I recently (a surprise gift from my wife, I know why I push!)
what I like most is its looks, class and trs is vintage but not too much (I'm not a fan of guitars that are so old they're new, or the colors a little r tro, which gives the impression of being dull fadace. is a matter of taste, but in the store, there was no photo. Deplus manufactured 400 examplaires this makes it a pice of a rare especially as autumn color burst is not a current color that gives the impression that the Les Paul of all the world (it is original brief).
what I like least about this guitar is ... nothing
the limit for beginners that there is no overlay on the handle (the assumed) can be debilitating, although there are points on the edge of repre run but it's a good dtail for some that can be boring.
then report quality price: great! certe cen'est not a guitar Euro 1000 but it is worth the cost and it is far from the price of PRS (Gibson has made an effort in its tariffs)

I play on line6 but sometimes on marshall (unable to separate myself from my old amp) and must say that the sound is terrible as the one over the other. When I start to ask more I get the guitar. Whether it's a big solo attack or it makes perfectly!

I am a bit disappointed with the clean sound but I think my amp settings are not optimal but frankly, here is the distortion that is expressed ...

OVERALL OPINION

So ultimately already owned several guitars, I would be willing to sell them all to keep this one because for me unbeatable (even custom Gibson and PRS are not up) and 12/10 overall rating is just for if 15/10 price.

Last remark unfortunately no way to find it I went around Europe (by itself) to the European importer, and then the parent company in Nashville United States, must answer the same everywhere to find in an old stock at an official dealer ...

Nice round handle (between the 50's and 60's): Perfect.

Sounds quite varied, from jazz to hard, Blues, Pop, Rock ... We spend a CRUCH its crystalline fatty Jazzy just lowering the volume of the microphones. Very warm and round the edge with no worries.

OVERALL OPINION

Any new, I use it for several days.
His back arched fascinates me, plain sheets without any access to either the selector knobs ... These are accessible via the jack plate (+ large as the other Les Paul).
His body is also slightly wider than the others + LP.
The price is quite high given the luxury finishes and the hair of this beauty.
