    Godlyke Power-All

    Godlyke PA-9 Power-AllPublished on 11/02/10 at 16:00
This is the Power-All Basic Kit from Godlyke Distributing. It is a 9-volt DC power, 1700 milli amp power supply. In a nutshell it will power multiple effects pedals so you don't have to run all kinds of extension chords.

I bought this from Music123.com I paid around $25 for it. There are a few similar units on the market, but this offers the most pedal adapters for the money.

This was purchased so I could dabble with effects pedals and not have to worry about digging up specific power supplys or finding 9 volt batteries. It simplifies power effect pedals like no other.

I like how this unit simplifies my life. I can use it to power one pedal or 5 pedals. I have lost a few pedal power supplies, some have broken or sometimes I just find a deal on a used pedal without the stock power supply. Instead of spending more than the pedal's worth, I have the Godlyke to power almost everything in my pedal collection.

Nothing at all. It does what it should. No unwanted noise. It has a very small foot print, so it takes up very little space.

Excellent. I've dropped it, stepped on it, it has taken some high dive tumbles from the top of a half stack and keeps on ticking.

The ends feel very strong. As long as it is not mistreated I do not see how it would fail.

Bottom line if you need a cheap, simple to use multi pedal power supply, this is for you. At $25 there isn't much else out there that competes with it.

    Affordable solution for power

    Godlyke PA-9 Power-AllPublished on 08/23/11 at 05:13
I'm a guitarist on a budget. Sure I would like to be able to have a Voodoo Pedal Power to use on my pedalboard. But reality doesn't work that way. Thank god for units like the Power all. While it's not perfect, it does a great job of providing my 9 volt pedals the power they need so I don't have to burn through batteries anymore. Because of it's size, it's very easy to wrap up and run under your board for a nice clean, sleek look. All that needs to come up to the top of the board would be the connector cables and they are plenty long enough to reach your pedals on most board sizes.

I've been powering anywhere from 3-6 pedals with it and other than one bad input on a pedal, I've never had…

I've been powering anywhere from 3-6 pedals with it and other than one bad input on a pedal, I've never had any sound or reliability issues. It's small and compact too so it's very easy to fit under your board neatly and out of the way. At $20-$30 new, it's a must have for other budget guitarists! I do use a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2+ these days but I make sure I still have my Power all with me at gigs just in case I run into any problems. I keep it in a box I label "POWER BOX"...it sits with all my wall warts that I "adore". I would have no problem using it again if need be and maybe eventually I'll build a smaller "Travel" board and keep it on there to power everything.

The Power all is made by Godlyke Distributing and comes as either a single power supply or you can buy the basic kit or the deluxe kit depending on your needs. It provides 2000ma of current which is more than enough for most pedals on the market today.
