Basswood body with maple top is seen not, as this is a guitar painted finish.

UTILIZATION

The neck is perfect, a curved inherited the period Petrucci Ibanez, but less flat than Ibanez.
Ergonomics is extraordinary with access to absolutely phenomenal treble as it is a neck-through.
All imaginable sound possible is obtained.
This guitar is designed in an ultra-professional approach.
As well, we can play soft sounds very clear and without aggression to go Jazz! This is not the sound of a Gibson Tal Farlow, but it will do so without any possible discussion.
Obviously, rock, hard rock, metal, pop, this is a multi-function guitar.
His only relative is the inability hardcore blues or why, I do not see too alternative to a TV or a stratovolcano or whatever else on this, spend blues still possible, but it is a little too clean for that.

SOUNDS

It suits my style of music because I play almost all styles of music.
As explained before, I get all the sounds I want, with the piezo alone or with microphones, it opens incredible universe.
The sound possibilities are very diverse.
I play this guitar with Fractal AXE FX and also my other amps, Marshall, Koch, etc ...

OVERALL OPINION

I've had two months, bought in France in a store that has really bothered to give me a reasonable price.
What I like most:
- Professionalism of the concept of the guitar is a guitar to play pro who needs a tool with the same instrument to deal with all situations, this is perfection.
- I love the reliability, I can play 5 hours straight without being caught by any concern keeping agree. I love the weight! It's light, so no fatigue.
- I really like the overall design of the instrument, with details like the locking tuners, frets very strong as they are stainless steel.

The minor complaints: Although friendly and useful, I'm not a huge fan of the boost on the guitar, I can do it otherwise.

Obviously, I would do this choice, it took me 57 years to get! To finally have the feeling of having a guitar or absolutely everything has been designed for the guitarist.

This guitar is not a guitar Petrucci Signature as one might think, this is a guitar signed by thinking and Mr Music Man Petrucci in such a perfectionism that is open to all guitarists, a concept is perceived hyper driven, thoughtful, an absolute weapon, an undeniable talent in the design of this guitar.

Behind the concept is that this guitar, although beautiful, I love, was not designed in an aesthetic concern beautiful object as found otherwise, there is not a AAA table with decorations etc ..

Must have and keep in mind that this guitar is a powerful tool for hyper guitarist, not a decor item!

I would do this choice without hesitation, bought in France in good pricing conditions, I find that even at the price, a justification that I have great difficulty finding on custom widget ouinetedje home that you know is perceived.
