The sound is easy to find but it is not in the high end, that's for sure!

SOUNDS

I had this amp ready for a concert Saturday night. I chose (the guy, very nice in the store told me verbatim "take what you need", if this is not cool, that!) For its small size because the scene was inaccessible by car .
He is not heavy, and I could put in a footswitch (Laney, but compatible) and a distortion pedal / overdrive, plus supplies and cables.
In sound, this amp does not like large distortion! Not much of a problem in this case since it was not necessary, but annoying when you want to make the music a little harder ...
Clear his side, things are going well. The sound is acceptable to. If I had a little more room, I would have shipped a chorus or flanger but hey, we traveled light!

OVERALL OPINION

I used the time for a concert. The practical aspect is to connect it directly to a mixer without a microphone in front of the amp.
I usually play on a Marshall Vintage Modern and clearly, the difference is size (thank goodness ...).
I was told before the show that I'll buy maybe, but not finally, I reported to the store.
I find it expensive (389 euros) issue price / quality. This is not a yucky amp, but I think there are way to have a more versatile amp with a good sound clear and distortion, through a transistor amp for example! For me, there is no point to have in this case a tube amp (if it is only to say that we have a tube amp ...).
Too expensive to start, not good enough for experienced guitarists: so good for whom?
They say you can change the sound of the Fender program, but that I have not tested ...

Good points for the colors amp.'s Legendary amp simulations are realistic .. the effects are not too bad and the digital side does not impinge on a very nice sound typical fender U.S. ..
Also good idea to download the simulation models to put them on this amp .. this is very innovative.
Its format is very convenient: it is assembled in Mexico look very cute .....
Bad point ... you shoed buy Fender pedal super field more ..

UTILIZATION

use is very simple ... you plug it plays ... distos the high gain very well, straight and quite successful dynamic short ... I agree ..
SUPER X2 field on the tap tempo button that you misunderstood him rhythmically driven. The Out is really not well emulated distos become some drafts (tested on entry to the PA), the true emulation Hp output is done by USB ... that is to connect to the PC but it pressed the repet not evident for all groups! ...

This combo 15 w in repet will not remember that this is not a thoroughbred pony .... but if you take the head version coupled with a powerful speaker sound is great .. Here in combo version with HP 10-inch one is calamitous, some of your guitar chords will vibrate pitifully the resonance of the amp as if it was crepe paper .. There is no middle button is still a shame, especially at high volume it pierces the ears a little ...
As I wrote the highest effects are convincing except the reverb is unrealistic.

OVERALL OPINION

For the price there are better, like a fender hot rod 40w Used for example .. It at least it holds the road ..
In fact do not forget that this amp is large and the size of the resonator plays a major role in restituions good sound. And even if you play at a low volume. I think this combo version is not recommended prefer him head version.
